Home description

Our villa is located approximately 2 kilometers from the town of Nathon (Where the ferry boat landing is) on the western side of the island. Remember you can drive around the whole island in about an hour, this should give you an idea on the size. There is also a boat which departs from Lipa Noi boat landing to the island of Koh Tao where they have a National Park, it's about a 40 minute ride from Koh Samui. Lipa Noi boat landing is to the south of the villa about 3 kilometers. Lipa Noi beach is probaly the best site to view the sunset, Lipa Noi beach is a quiet beach with calm waters but the sunsets make a trip worth while.

3 bedrooms, family room, dining area, 2 bath w/showers, fully air-conditioned, fully furnished including dishes, silverware, glassware,sheets & Towels and of course Television, DVD player and a portable radio.

The house has a privacy wall all around with security lights. There is a fan installed on the outdoor patio with a dining set for outdoor dining. A washing machine has been included for your use as well as drying racks.

The Koh Samui region

This ideal home is located in the secluded island of Koh Samui on the west side of the Island in the Gulf of Thailand about 280 miles due south of Bangkok.

This island has everything you would want without being large, it has good hospitals, excellent shopping areas including a large Tesco store, there is a ferry boat landing about 2 kilometres from our home in the town of Nathon, on the west side of the island.

The airport of Koh Samui which serves flights direct to Bangkok, Hong Kong, Singapore and local cities within Thailand.

Lipa Noi area

This home is located about a 10 minute walk from the Lipa Noi beach and is quiet and peaceful in the evenings.

Most of the tourist activities occur on the eastern side of the island where the noise level is quite dramatic.

Most services are available (Car rental, legal, travel agencies, banks etc.)

How to get there

Bangkok Airways and Thai Airways are the only carrier which serves Koh Samui from Bangkok, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Phuket, Chiang Mai, Hong Kong and Cambodia, the other option is by train from Bangkok to the city of Surat Thani then from there to Don Sak Landing where you would catch the ferry boat to Nathon on the island of Koh Samui.

For economy purposes you can catch the VIP Bus service which is an overnighter and the fare includes the ferry, it is very reasonable and comfortable.

Conditions

On the arrival at the airport there is a lot of tourist information with maps, I did not include this as there are many activities and tours too numerous to mention. These tours can be arranged very easily and they will even pick you up at your home and bring you back. There are water sport activities, Jungle trecking etc. My advise is to go to www.google.com and type in Koh Samui tourist information and photos and map. Google will provide the whole package far better then I could.

The rate and conditions:

1. 300 GBP per week ( One week minimum)

2. 1060 GBP per month (Up to 6 months Maximum)

All utilities and maid services paid by renters.

Owner will pay for Gardener and pool services.

It is requested that rental payments be made via wire transfer to my bank in California. Please let us discuss this if required. For any further information, please do not hesitate to contact us. My credit card information and bank information will be provided once we have all details ironed out to everyone's satisfaction.
