A luxury, first floor, pool and South facing 1 bedroom self catering apartment with magnificent views across the pools and gardens of the Limnaria Gardens complex.
Having a Southerly aspect the sun shines on our apartment from mid morning through to late evening when it is one of the last apartments to lose the sun as it sets over the complex.
The location of the apartment couldn't be better, around 300m from the beach and close to the Kato Paphos tourist area (opposite the Alexander the Great hotel) with just a short walk to the restaurants and bars but far enough away to not be affected by the noise and hub bub of the resort.
We are also close to the beach coastal path in front of the Alexander the Great hotel, which in one direction leads past all the major beach front hotels and in the other direction leads down to the Port and harbour (about 10/15 minutes walk).
The apartment sleeps up to 4 people, 2 in the bedroom and 2 on the sofa bed and is fully air-conditioned, with a king-size bed, linen, towels (for use in the apartment), leather sofas, satellite TV, Internet UK TV, WiFi, ceiling fans, fly screens, electronic safe, hair dryer, microwave, washing machine,pots, pans, toaster, sandwich maker, kettle, fridge, tea, coffee etc.
Our balcony overlooks the large walk-in pool and is furnished with a rattan seating and coffee table and a 4 seater dining set.
Around the pool area we have our own secured private sunbeds for use by our guests (the parasol is kept in the apartment) and there is ample private parking on the complex for guests who are hiring a car.

There are 2 free-form pools (1 heated in winter) and a children's pool, sun beds and umbrellas are provided.
We require either a non-refundable £25 damage insurance waiver or a refundable breakages deposit of £100 as security in the event that there is any accidental damage caused during your stay. Further details are available on request.
The apartments are let on a self catering basis (no cleaning during your stay) with weekly towel and linen changes on bookings of 2 weeks or more between April and October, for winter lets of 3 weeks or more towel and linen changes are an a optional extra at additional cost.
Maximum length of booking between April and November is 3 weeks.
The Paphos District
Paphos is on the South West Coast of Cyprus benefiting from around 340 days of sunshine a year. It has it's own airport which is only short distance away so you can be in your apartment within 30 minutes of collecting your baggage off the conveyor belt.
Local interests include:
The Tomb of the Kings which date back to the 4th century BC. Carved out of solid rock they were the burial ground for high-ranking officials rather than Kings but their magnificance gave the locality its name.
The Paphos Odeon, a small 2nd century Odeon built entirely of well-hewn limestone blocks, it is now used in the summer for musical and theatrical performances. Nearby are the remains of the ancient city walls, the Roman Agora and a building dedicated to Asklipeios, god of medicine.
The Mosaics of Paphos, mosaics on the floors of noblemen's villas (House of Dionysos, House of Theseus and House of Aion), dating from the 3rd to the 5th century AD are considered among the finest in the Eastern Mediterranean, mainly depicting scenes from Greek mythology.
Kato Paphos is the main tourist area of Paphos with a little harbour where open air fish restaurants line a quayside of bright fishing boats and pleasure craft.
Paphos became the capital of Cyprus under the successors of Alexander the Great - the Ptolemies and in those days its harbour was a busy, thriving port. It continued as the island's first city for more than seven centuries, retaining its importance under Roman rule Its most famous Governor Sergius Paulus, was converted to Christianity by St Paul in 45 AD.
It still has the The Pafos Medieval Fort which was built by Ahmed Pasha in 1592 A. D. However, it is a reconstruction on the ruins of a formerly existing Frankish fort, sections of which were encompassed in the new building. There is an evidence of the Frankish fort being blown up and destroyed by the Venetians during the Ottoman raids as they were unable to face the invasion.
Some historians and annalists claim that the fort dates even further back to the Byzantine period. History and the isolated geographical position of Pafos was the reason for constructing of a fort right beneath the harbor.
Limnaria Gardens is situated over the road from the Alexander The Great Beach Hotel (behind the Limnaria shopping complex) and is a new complex of privately owned apartments and villas built by Leptos, the leading property developers in Cyprus. The complex comprises of a large free-form walk-in pool, jacuzzi and children's pool set in beautiful tropical gardens. The nearest supermarkets, shops, bars, restaurants, car hire and estate agents are less than 200m walk down the road at the Limnaria shopping complex where you can enjoy anything from a full English breakfast at Monty's to a nice cold refreshing beer at the White Hart pub whilst watching the Sky Sports on the big screen. To the left of the Limnaria complex is the municipal beach (next to the Alexander the Great Beach Hotel) and to the right is the main tourist area of Kato Paphos. The walk down to the main tourist area, including bar street is around 5 minutes, taking you past some fine restaurants and souvenir shops (most of which offer exchange facilities with commission free rates better than the local banks or the UK). The harbor area, with the Paphos Odeon and Fort is a further 10 minutes walk and is right next to the entrance for the Mosaics with plenty of bars and restaurants to take a rest after taking in the sights.
As our apartment is a self-catering one of the key places to be aware of is Papantoniou's supermarket (www.papantoniou.com.cy/htmlsite/stores.asp?step=2&itemid=303) in the tourist area, this is the largest (and cheapest) supermarket in Kato Paphos (around the size of a typical Tesco) with two floors of goodies. The food and drink are on the ground floor (along with a cafeteria) with household items on the second floor. A little further down the road on the opposite side is Debenhams if you want to do some clothes shopping.

"Fantastic apartment I thoroughly recommend it!!!!"
This apartment is really great we have used it several times over the last few years. It is very clean and modern. It is very well equipped and all the furniture is very comfortable. The double balcony is great with a comfortable suite. The balcony is part covered so it is good in the shade when it is really hot and you can also sit there if it is raining. The balcony overlooks the lovely 3 pools.
Liminaria Gardens is the best complex in Paphos or even Cyprus.
You can walk to the beach, harbour, restaurants and supermarkets so you do not need a car if you do not want one.
I thoroughly recommend this apartment and Gary is so very nice and helpful.

"Fantastic n cheap holiday!!"
Myself, husband and daughter stayed at this apartment. It was clean and had everything we required. The location of the apartment is a 15 min stroll from the centre with the nearest shops/restaurants mins away. Gary, the owner has been fab, accommodating and responding to any questions so quickly. I was nervous about booking flights n apartment separately however I had no need! We will definitely return to Paphos and contact Gary again. He also has a bigger apartment available. Really lovely family break, can't recommend complex and apartment enough. We went with a group of friends for a wedding and it was great and very low cost!

"So Loved This Apartment"
We so Loved your apartment, A chic little home from home. Great size, everything you could ask for in a holiday apartment. A great touch having private beds at the pool so no need to rush down with towels. Made great use of the large balcony. We have stayed a few times on the tomb of kings road but after finding your apartment would never want to stay anywhere else now.
Location is perfect, a short stroll and you are at the harbour and if you enjoy the beach its at the bottom of the road. Found some great restaurants on the street next to the complex. Can't wait till our next visit. Thank you Gary.

"Fantastic apartment, can't wait to go back..."
Loved this apartment, very modern and clean with a lovely big terrace to sit on during the day and night time, the bed is also very comfy!
The complex is fantastic, beautiful swimming pools with Jacuzzi and sun all day long! The complex is a 10 minute walk from the beach, harbour and nightlife, and plenty of restaurants just a couple of minutes away. I will be recommending this to my guests for our wedding next year and I will definitely return in the future.
