Built in June 2005, this stunning Villa comprises lounge, fully fitted kitchen, dining area and two bedrooms. Both bedrooms benefit from en suite bathrooms. The master bedroom featues a Jacquzzi and a shower. The second bedroom has a spacious walk in shower. The Villa has a 3rd WC on the ground floor.

The Villa has a fantastic Private swimming pool, fenced to provide a tranquil, secluded setting. A terrace is provided to the side and rear of the property. There is an outdoor shower, sun loungers and bar-b-que facilities.

The Limassol District

The climate in Cyprus is warm thoughout the year, peaking easily in July and August to levels over 40 degrees Celcius. Yet you can escape to the mountains, a short twenty minutes drive, where the temperature can be in the twenties. Skiing is available in the winter months of January/February depending on weather conditions.

The Mosaics and Tomb of the Kings at Paphos are within easy reach and afterwards you could stroll along the waterfront and taste the days catch in the numerous local fish restaurants.

Limassol / Kolossi area

Situated on the outskirts of Limassol town Kolossi is close to both Episkopi and Akrotiri Garrisons.

The town of Limassol can be explored and after exhausting yourself shopping perhaps you could visit Limassol Castle, the Time Machine or just simply stroll along the waterfront. There are a large selection of restaurants and all tastes are catered for. Alternatively if it's nightlife you're after then catch the late bus into town and check out some of the bars and/or clubs.

How to get there

Can be reached from either Paphos or Larnaca airport, although Paphos is nearer and is recommended.

Car hire available at the airport and can be booked on line through major hire car companies.

A NON REFUNDABLE 25% Deposit is required to secure a booking, with the balance payable one month before departure.
