Home description
This attractive detached villa offers very comfortable family accommodation with a private swimming pool. A delightful family home with a bright and spacious living / dining room with a feature open fire place, comfortable lounge seating, a formal dining table with 6 chairs and 2 patio doors onto the rear garden and overlooking the pool. There is a TV with satellite (mainly Russian television channels), DVD player, CD player. The kitchen is a separate room, generous size with a breakfast table and well equipped with all one could need, including a dishwasher and washing machine.
The house has the benefit of air conditioning throughout. You have a useful ground floor shower room / guests WC. There is a marble staircase to the first floor landing, where you have master bedroom, with double bed, built in wardrobes and private en-suite shower room. The second bedroom is a comfortable twin room (with 2 single beds) and the third bedroom is a single room (with 1 bed), both these rooms use a further shower room on the first floor.
Outside, the villa has a private driveway and pedestrian entrance (both with gates), providing off street parking for you hire car. The rear of the property is South-Facing, therefore enjoys a great degree of sun! The private swimming pool is 8m x 4m, you also have an outside table & 6 chairs, 4 sun beds, a barbeque and colourful landscaped gardens. A mature pine tree in the corner provides some shade to escape the strong sun in the peak season.

The Limassol District
Situated away from the main tourist resorts, bordering pine forests between Limassol, Kourion & the Troodos… Souni is a situated in a great position, being just above the humidity belt and generally enjoys a gentle breeze in the hotter months. Within easy access by car you have many traditional Cypriot villages to explore and also Kourion Beach (7/8 minutes), a sandy beach with 3 beach cafes/restaurants and archaeological sites. Limassol is approx 15/20 minutes, a busy diverse city with a great ‘Old Town’ and shopping facilities.
The Troodos Mountains are 30/40 minutes with spectacular scenery, snow capped with the winter with a short ski-ing season! There is a taverna and kiosk / mini supermarket within walking distance of the villa. Considered a great location for those wishing to simply relax by the pool on holiday and spend time with their friends or family. Equally well placed for those who want to tour around and see all the sights of Cyprus.
Limassol / Souni area
Being within the Limassol district, traveling to/from Paphos or Larnaca International Airports is a practical option, car hire is required where collection & return to either airport is easily arranged.
