The Limassol District

Limassol is possibly the most cosmopolitan area in Cyprus. It is rich in culture, and rich in a weslth of nationalities from all over the world.

With all year round sunshine, you can enjoy the weather almost all the way through the year with temperatures soaring as high as 45 in the months of August.

There are a million and ones things to do, but you with certainly find something for everyone no matter what age or size.

How to get there

You can catch a flight to Cyprus via almost all airports and many different airlines including budget airlines. The island of Cyprus has a number of different tourist attractions and relies on it's tourism for it's economy. For this reason Cyprus provides a number of attractions, including fantastic sandy beaches and snow in the winter, making it an all round great place to go. Getting around Cyprus is normally done by car, taxi or by walking, but with the location of this great apartment you have easy access to a beach less than a two minute walk away, to all amenities and a five minute walk to the main tourist area of Limassol, comprising of clubs, pubs and restaurants.

6 Month rental - All bills and common expenses must be transferred into tenants name and paid for additionally. Euros 350 per week. 2 months deposit required upfront.
1 Year rental - All bills and common expenses must be transferred into tenants name and paid for additionally. Euros 900 per month. 2 months deposit required upfront.
Access to a telephone line will require an additional deposit.

Conditions

All bookings must be made in advance. Short term booking for 2 weeks + ( but no more than 3 months) must be paid in advance unless pre-agreed. All bookings should be made by email.

Deposits are required for any long term lets.

If a phone line is required then a further deposit will need to be paid upfront dependant on length of stay.

6 month lets + will be required to transfer all bills and services into their name and will sign a contract of tenancy.
