Home description

The Eden Beach House is situated on the promenade road of Limassol, near the town centre, with easy access to the public gardens and the zoo. You will find a wide variety of bars, restaurants, tavernas and general night-life and attractions in the immediate area, including Limassol Castle, Molos and the old town with its beautiful architecture, markets and shopping centres. The sandy beach is just across the road and provides facilities (sunbeds, umbrellas, cafes etc) and opportunities for a variety of water sports.

Staying at this building's penthouse (7th floor) will be an unforgettable experience. The double reception room and all three large double bedrooms have amazing, direct unobstructed sea views - you can see (only) the big blue from your bed or sofa, not to mention the 3 sizeable balconies (2 facing the Mediterranean sea and the third providing panoramic views of the city and mountains).

The apartment's size is around double the average 3-bed flat and many times the average hotel suite - it measures 230 sq m (2,500 sq ft), providing ample space ensuring comfortable living.

This luxury, recently renovated apartment features white marble and wooden floors and a high-standard of furniture, including a new fully-equipped kitchen. All rooms have air- conditioning. Wireless internet facility and satellite tv are provided (all at no extra charge).

The apartment is accessible by lift and stairs are available for emergencies.

Then a 35-40 mins from there by taxi/ coach (taxi should be about £30 - ask first). Can also hire a car from the airport at reasonable prices (apartment is really easy to find when you get to Limassol, just head for the main beach road (town centre/ zoo area - you will recognise the building from the photos).

The apartment is ideal for families or groups of friends/ couples. It can accommodate 6 people very comfortably (see below) but another 1-2 may be added if happy to stay in the living room (please make special request before booking).

There are 3 large bedrooms (1 with double bed, 1 with double sofa-bed and 1 with 2 single beds). There are also 3 bathrooms (2 of them full, featuring bathtubs, the third providing just a WC). In addition to the double-sized reception room and dining area, there is a large, separate kitchen with full equipment.

The apartment provides location, view, space and interior quality comparable to several suites of a luxury seafront hotel at a small fraction of the price.
