The apartment benefits from its communal pool. Leading from the living room is a balcony with sea view or mountain view, furnished with a table and chairs to enable you to dine al fresco.

The Limassol District
The cosmopolitan city of Limassol is the second largest town of the island and it stretches along the south coast. Proud of the spontaneous hospitality of its people, its archaeological sites, its mediaeval castles and its carnival and wine festival, Limassol is the island's most important tourist and wine industry centre.
It is a city surrounded by history from the amphitheatre at Kourion to the west and the ancient city of Amathus to the east. The city is only a 45 minutes drive from both of the island’s international airports in Larnaca and Paphos and also the capital Nicosia.
A short drive from Limassol will take you into the Troodos mountains and the nearby wine producing villages of Cyprus. Here tradition is evident and the Cypriot villages with their stone built cottages and winding roads will enchant you.
Limassol is a bustling, fun and enterprising coastal city. You will be hard pressed to find Limassol lacking in terms of what you would expect to find in any modern, medium sized city. Both a resort and a town in its own right, Limassol offers water parks, a zoo, modern multiplex cinemas, theatres, bowling facilities, libraries, museums, arts and crafts centres, theme parks and antiquities.
Limassol / Potamos Yermasoyia area
Potamos Yermasoyias is the tourist area of Limassol Town. The apartments are situated in the heart of Potamos Yermasoyias, 1 minute walking distance from Dasoudi beach and 1 minute walking distance from Mira Mare Hotel. On the building where the apartments are situated you can find a convinience store, a Chech bar and restaurant, Florence mode furs shop, an interner cafe, CM Property Guide Consulting Ltd and Pafilia property developers.
Right opposite you can find a chinese restaurant, an irish bar, and 3 banks. Potamos Yermasoyias has plenty of breakfast places to start the day lazily. Coffee shops, patisseries -meanwhile the beach beckons you. Walking along the beachfront you discover other beaches; or along the adjacent coastal boulevard you successively discover all sorts of venues-coffee shops, bars, pools, restaurants, nautical clubs.
Prime boutiques, malls, plenty to see, do and shop! Maybe a stop for a ice-cold cup of coffee. Convenience shops are all there, and at the end of the walk you can pick up milk, bread, cereals and a beach mat before walking back home.
The best nightlife Limassol has to offer, though you can't see or hear it from your apartment is actually just 1 minute away on foot! Dance, music, bars and pubs, people of all ages-there are venues for all kinds of people and tastes.

Fly to Cyprus - Limassol is just 60 km from Larnaca - Paphos airport. Cheap flights available from Thomsonfly. Car hire available from Hertz car rentals at the airport There are always local taxis available - fare should be no more than 65 euros.
