'Hibiscus Villa' is a detached bungalow style villa with enclosed landscaped gardens and private swimming pool complete with roman walk-in steps. The villa has 3 bedrooms with open plan living in the lounge, dining and kitchen area. A modern and spacious property, with full air conditioning and central heating, the property offers an ideal year round base for relaxing or touring the island, with nearby beaches, historical sites or for nature lovers the stunning Troodos mountain range.
Souni village is 10 miles NW of the city of Limassol, approximately 30 minutes from Paphos International airport and 50 minutes from Larnaca.

The Limassol District
Limassol (Lemesos)
The old town Lemesos is the heart of the city with its narrow streets radiating out from the old fishing harbour. The medieval Lemesos castle was the site of a royal wedding in the Middle Ages between Richard the Lionheart, King of England, and Berengaria of Navarre, and now houses the Cyprus Medieval Museum.
The town has grown in recent years and now covers a 15 kilometres coastline lined with hotels and apartment blocks, interspersed with eucalyptus groves and linked by a promenade popular with walkers or joggers.
The city’s inhabitants are renowned for their love of fun so not surprisingly the city’s nightlife is varied. All sorts of tavernas, discos and clubs are open all the year round, while beach bars along the coastal walkway add to the choice. Join in the Bacchian excesses at the Wine Festival in September, or have fun at the Carnival with its fancy dress chariot parade and parties in February. Or enjoy a summer concert under the stars in the Greco-Roman theatre of Kourion.

‘Hibiscus Villa’ is located in the idyllic setting of Souni village, an area surrounded by pinewoods on the lower slopes of the Troodos Mountain range, just 20 minutes from Limassol and approximately 30 minutes from the summit of Mount Olympus.
The cosmopolitan town of Limassol with its shopping centre, restaurants, bars & nightlife, is within easy driving distance. Just 10 minutes away is the historic Curium Amphitheatre overlooking the stunning beach and southern peninsular. For a fantastic, fun-filled, day out a visit to nearby ‘Water Mania’ theme park is a must.
How to get there
Flights to Cyprus are available from most major airports. Flying into Paphos or Larnaca International airports, flights from UK are approximately 4hrs.
Fly to Paphos - Hibiscus Villa is approx. 40km from the airport.

Further details indoors: The villa is comfortably furnished to accommodate 6 adults or a large family, additonal items like high chair, cot or an extra bed, can be provided. The lounge offers an open fireplace and comfortable seating area complete with TV, DVD, and Hi-Fi system to provide all your home comforts. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped, leading to the dining area which has seating for 6/8 people. The 3 large bedrooms have built in wardrobes offering ample storage space.
First Aid box available. All power outlets are UK standard. (3-pin plugs).
Further details outdoors: The property has private landscaped gardens with terracing and large patio areas, the rear terrace is covered by a Gazebo offering shade by the pool area, ideal for dining 'al fresco'. For added fun there is an outdoor games area, with full size table football and dartboard, plus 'Gas' BBQ and bar area. Garden furniture includes tables and chairs for 8 persons, 6 sunbeds and a hammock. A gated driveway offers parking for 2/3 cars.
Private Swimming Pool (8.0m x 4.0m), with Roman walk-in steps (plus hand rail) to shallow end, ideal for small children, wall mounted steps at the deep end and a poolside shower. Rescue Aid 'support 'ring' and various inflatables are also available.
Outdoor lighting is provided around the villa, gardens and pool area.

A Welcome Pack is provided on arrival.
A 25% deposit is required on confirmation of your booking with the balance due 6 weeks before arrival.
A deposit of £100 is required with the final payment to allow for any damage/breakages, which will be refunded within 2 weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection). A common sense approach is applied so obviously minor accidents will not incur a charge.
Pool and gardens are inspected/cleaned twice a week, at an agreed convenient time so as not to intrude or disrupt your holiday plans.
Air conditioning is included in the price but guests are requested to keep all doors and windows closed during use. Additionally please ensure all units are switched off when leaving the villa.
The property is fitted with smoke alarms, so it is requested that smoking be kept to outdoor areas only, please use ashtrays provided.
Please ensure children are supervised at all times in the pool area.
