Kalogiri is a residential area of Limassol, located on the hill and it is also called "Beverly Hills", as a lot of wealthy people live here. Only a short drive (5-10 minutes) will take you to the tourist area or city centre with shops, restaurants, bars, cinema, bowling and other attractions.
How to get there
From Larnaca Airport it will take you approx. 45 minutes to get to the villa. We may organise transfer by mini-bus for your group or help you with car rental.

Further details indoors: On the ground floor of the villa you will find huge lounge with leather settes, TV, DVD player, stereo system. There is a separate dining room that seats 8 people. Marble floors throughout, apart from carpeted bedrooms & upstairs hallway. Kitchen is fully equipped and comprises of dishwasher, washing machine, tumble drier, electric oven, microwave oven at your disposal. Ample crockery pots & pans & cutlery. Fresh water and ice dispenser. There is a guest cloakroom on the ground floor as well. On the first floor of the villa you will find 4 bedrooms. Every room has TV. Three of the bedrooms have large balcony’s, two bedroom's have en-suite, master bedroom includes Jacuzzi. Second en-suite has walk in shower cubicle with W.C. The family bathroom has bath and WC. Villa is fully airconditioned.
Further details outdoors: Swimming pool, sunbathing lawns and patio's. Pool side shower, car port, electric gates, fully alarmed. Portable BBQ on the patio area. Handcrafted pagoda with lights and ceiling fan housing outside luxury reclining garden chairs and lazy Susan table seating 6. Sun lounges and cushions by the pool.
