Further details indoors: Pearl 4 bedroom villa with the floor size of 200m2 has luxurious living accommodation, air conditioning throughout. On the ground floor there is spacious lounge, fully equipped kitchen and dining area. Lounge features comfortable leather sofas and arm-chair, TV and DVD player. Kitchen is equipped with everything you might need, including electric oven, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble drier, fresh water and ice dispenser. Ample crockery pots, pans and cutlery are provided. Separate dining room seats 8 people. Four bedrooms are situated upstairs. Three of them have double beds and one features twin beds. Three of the bedrooms have large balconies, every room has TV. There are thee bathrooms on the first floor – family bathroom with bath and shower over and two en-suites. Master bedroom en-suite includes Jacuzzi. The villa has marble floors throughout, apart from carpeted bedrooms and upstairs hallway. (Please exercise caution when feet are wet on marble floors). Villa is fully airconditioned.
Further details outdoors: At the back of the villa there is swimming pool set in beautiful mature gardens and fruit trees. Handcrafted pagoda with lights and ceiling fan has luxury reclining garden chairs and lazy Susan table to seating 6. Patio also offers two portable BBQs and an additional table with six chairs. Double open carport at the end of the garden provides secure parking, accessed through alarmed electric gates.
