The Limassol District
Limassol is one of the island’s most cosmopolitan cities. It is a city surrounded by history from the amphitheatre at Kourion to the west and the ancient city of Amathus to the east. The city is only a 45 minutes drive from both of the island’s international airports in Larnaca and Paphos and also the capital Nicosia. A short drive from Limassol will take you into the Troodos mountains and the nearby wine producing villages of Cyprus. Here tradition is evident and the Cypriot villages with their stone built cottages and winding roads will enchant you.

Potamos Yermasoyia has plenty of breakfast places to start the day lazily. Coffee shops, patisseries -meanwhile the beach beckons you. Walking along the beachfront you discover other beaches; or along the adjacent coastal boulevard you successively discover all sorts of venues-coffee shops, bars, pools, restaurants, nautical clubs. Prime boutiques, malls, plenty to see, do and shop! Maybe a stop for a ice-cold cup of coffee. Convenience shops are all there, and at the end of the walk you can pick up milk, bread, cereals and a beach mat before walking back home. The best nightlife Limassol has to offer, though you can't see or hear it from your apartment is actually just 5 minutes away on foot! Dance, music, bars and pubs, people of all ages-there are venues for all kinds of people and tastes.

Conditions
Once accepted, confirmed reservations are secured with a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total value of your reservation and the balance is payable 30 days prior to the arrival date. Reservations within the 30 day period are payable in full prior to arrival.
Reservations cancelled within 8 to 28 days of your arrival incur a cancellation fee of 50%, whilst for reservations cancelled within 7 days of arrival the cancellation fee is 100% of the total value of your reservation.
Ermitage Property Management Services Ltd are acting on behalf of the apartment's owner and are offering apartments for rental on condition that the tenant shall be responsible for any damage or loss, except through normal wear and tear or force majeure, to the apartment and its contents, to the electronic key card and/or the apartment key. As a security deposit , a signed printed credit card slip will be requested on arrival, which will be cancelled subject to the inventory check before your departure.
