This modern apartment is situated on the ground floor of a two storey detached property surrounded by landscaped gardens. Peaceful setting for a relaxing holiday and an excellent base from which to explore the southern side of this magical island.

The famous Kolossi Castle is set just 500 meters from the property and Kourion beach is within 5 mins drive. As are many traditional tavernas offering mouthwatering local dishes. Local shops catering for day to day needs are close by with limassol town centre a mere 10mins drive for large supermarkets and department stores.

Ideally located for connection to the highway with Paphos and Larnaca being approx 45 mins drive away. This property is perfect families and couples.

The Limassol District

Limassol is a major centre of trade and business and tourism and has the biggest harbour in southern Cyprus. It lies between the two ancient towns of Kourion and Amathous. Limassol is probably the most fun-filled city in Cyprus in terms of the numbers of fairs and festivals held here. The year starts with a riotous carnival; May marks the Flower Festival and September brings the favours Wine Festival.

Limassol / Kolossi area

The best preserved medieval castle in Cyprus is situated south of Kolossi. This is a mere 2 min walk from the property and is open for visits to all. Kolossi is an ideal location in that it is ideally situated for easy access to Limassol and yet quiet enough for a peaceful relaxing holiday. Either way, you can have the best of both worlds here.

How to get there

Both Paphos and Larnaca airports are approx 45-50 km from the apartment. If required will arrange transfers to and from Airport.

Airlines into Cypru include Cyprus Airways/British Airways or Flygobespan, Monarch, XL and other package companies.

Refundable breakages deposit of EURO 150 required on arrival, to be refunded within two weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).

25% of rental fee due six weeks before your stay to secure booking.
