Hello Sam & sue. Apt was bril.Only one thing Sam could do with shade on the balcony, sunblind or large umbrella,had to sit around the side to find the shade. Apart from that everything exc. P.S.As you know couple of hours mid morning to early afternoon no shade at all Kindest Regards, Pam & Keith. Sept 2009
