Low priced but top quality accommodation!! The apartment is on lower level at rear of main house, although feels secluded as it is accessed via a separate road.
Ideally located for exploring either Limassol or Paphos directions and only 10 minutes from the mountains. The local supermarkets (one within 2 minutes walk) sell a wide selection of fresh fruit and vegetables plus all the other essentials are available locally.

The Limassol District
The climate in Cyprus is warm thoughout the year, peaking easily in July and August to levels over 40 degrees Celcius. Yet you can escape to the mountains, a short twenty minutes drive, where the temperature can be in the twenties. Skiing is available in the winter months of January/February depending on weather conditions.
The Mosaics and Tomb of the Kings at Paphos are within easy reach and afterwards you could stroll along the waterfront and taste the days catch in the numerous local fish restaurants.
Visit Kolossi castle, the neighbouring village and find out it's connections to the crusades.
Limassol / Ypsonas area
Situated on the outskirts of Limassol town Ypsonas is close to both Episkopi and Akrotiri Garrisons.
The town of Limassol can be explored and after exhausting yourself shopping perhaps you could visit Limassol Castle, the Time Machine or just simply stroll along the waterfront. There are a large selection of restaurants and all tastes are catered for. Alternatively if it's nightlife you're after then catch the late bus into town and check out some of the bars and/or clubs.
The beach at Curium (ten minutes drive) is a wide beach which when you get in the water is surprisingly both warm and shallow for quite some distance. Overlooking the beach is a roman amphitheatre where open air concerts take place year round.
Come and enjoy the September wine festival in Limassol!
Limassol Sailing Centre is within easy reach.
How to get there
Transfer available at an additional cost from either Paphos or Larnaka airport, although Paphos is recommended.
Car hire available at the airport and can be booked on line through major hire car companies.

Further details indoors: Large fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine, not like a standard holiday apartment kitchen which doesn't even have a kettle. In the summer airconditioning in the bedrooms for use in July and August and fans in the main apartment. For winter stays gas heating is available at cost price of the gas. Towels and bed linen are all provided. Although PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN BEACH TOWELS.
Further details outdoors: Plenty of garden furniture to enjoy the outside spaces!! Sunloungers and a secluded and shaded terrace for dining outside.
For fitness fanatics there is a gym across the road with an indoor swimming pool. Weekly or monthly membership is available.
Smoking is permitted outside.
