About the home

Apartment is located in the heart of the tourist area, 100 yards from the beach, shops, restaurants, night clubs, banks etc... free wireless internet access, cleaned daily and kept in excellent condition. the rooms are modern and fully equipped. open plan living rooms, sofa, beds, kitchenette, baths/shower and balcony.

Apartment is facilitated with central heating for the winter months and air- conditioning for the summer months. Refresh yourself in our cool and relaxing swimming pool, with poolside bar which offers delicious food and snacks. Or join us at our delightful Garden Bar with it's warm and pleasant atmosphere. Our cosy indoor bar has a pool table and games with air conditioning or heating depending on the time of year..

The Limassol region

Limassol has a population of around 168.000; it is the most important tourist and commercial centre on the island easy to travel to other places, as it is also the second largest city in Cyprus after the island’s capital. Limassol is really popular for the hospitality of its people, archaeological sites, medieval castles, fun-loving reputation, first class hotels, designer shops and best nightlife on the island.
There is much sunshine throughout the year, weather in Cyprus is pretty much consistent, there are seasonal variations but they aren't drastic
Summer
This stretches from mid May to mid October: there are high temperatures, cloudless skies and cool breezes from the sea. If you are looking at visiting Archaeological sites early morning or late afternoon, avoiding the hottest part of the day. Swimming, sunbathing, sailing and scuba diving can be done in the summer. In the mountains: the Troodes, the weather is still much cooler.

Autumn
By the end of October the evenings are cooler, the weather in Cyprus in October and November the leaves change colour in the Troodos and the vineyards and look gold and crimson. Even in mid November it feels like summer. The autumn also brings the Kypria Festival with local and international music festivals and dramatic performances at places right throughout Cyprus.

Winter
December and January is winter, there is the possibility of rain, and there is still an average of 6 hours of sunshine a day. Most other Mediterranean destinations shut down for the winter but not Cyprus; there are many cultural events throughout the winter months

Spring
Spring comes early in Cyprus, the first orchids bloom in Cyprus in January and by mid February the one can see fresh green meadows and almond trees in full bloom. Early spring is the best time to visit Cyprus; the temperatures in the daytime are pleasant.

The Limassol Town / Yermasoyia area

Fasouri Water park
20 minutes by car from Tycoons is Fasouri Watermania that features the largest selection of attractions and slides in Cyprus and beyond! Everything from breath taking Black Holes and Kamikaze Slides.
Kolossi Castle
Surrounded by rich orchards and 6mi/10km west of the city of Limassol, stands the massive Kolossi Castle, built in 1210 by the Knights of St John. The castle is a fine example of military architecture. It was originally constructed in the 13th century and subsequently rebuilt in its present form in the middle of the 15th century. It served as the Grand Commandery of the Knights of the Order of St John of Jerusalem. In the 14th century it came under the domain of the Knights Templar.
Curium
Curium, the major archaeological site in Cyprus was one of the old kingdoms of Cyprus. Remains of its various settlements include a Greek temple, houses with superb mosaics, theater which is stands high up on the cliffs overlooking the blue Mediterranean sea, one of the most breathtaking sites in Cyprus and a stadium of the Roman era.
Water sports are near by, nightlife, restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets.

“home from home” As the title states its everything with the sun shinning the pool the bars And the relaxed atmosphere , There is a homely feel you get here from the 24 hr service Angie and Theo. give . located in the best part of town with in reach of everything you need. i got married in cyprus In 2010 and used TYCOONS APRT for my base , I ALSO HAD 28 GUEST staying here on my recommendation whom came to my wedding. we all had a smashing time . great food great rooms home from home with all the trimmings great price received with love.. great family run business .
