If you are looking for a peaceful and relaxing long-term or short-term stay in one of the best known buildings in Limassol situated right on the beach and surrounded by a matured lash gardens, the awarded "The Ermitage on the Beach" is the perfect place for you.

The Ermitage is an exclusive and safe place to stay. It is situated literally on the beach and yet within walking distance to Limassol's shopping center, all types of restaurants, cafe, pubs, bakeries, kiosks and mini markets, banks, bus stops, taxi services.

One Bed Apartments, One Bed Suites, Two Bed Apartments and Three Bed Beachfront Penthouses with spectacular sea views are available for rent . 2 Bed Maisonettes with private gardens and Jacuzzi and a One Bed Suite with private gardens and a plunge pool are also available on the ground floor.

The apartments are fully furnished and equipped with top quality materials. MIELE kitchens and electrical appliances, cutlery and crockery, tasteful accessories, DAIKIN climate controls, spacious built in wardrobes in each bedroom, broadband, Wi-Fi, Security System, Fire Alarm System are the standard specifications for all the apartments.

The 2 bedroom apartments can accommodate up to six guests . Two persons can be accommodated in each bedroom. There is a sofa bed in the living room which can sleep 2 children under 12 or one adult.

There are various types of 2 bed apartments available for rent at the Ermitage on the Beach, on different floors with either sea, side sea or garden views. Please enquire for further details, availability and prices.

The access to the building is controlled. An impressive gate controls the entry to the properties only to those entitled. Gated secure courtyard and entrance controlled by CCTV Security Cameras.

24 Hrs Concierge Services are provided. The Concierge meets and greets all guests on arrival and assists them with anything needed.

The building is managed by an in-house Property Management company with staff onsite. The company offers cleaning, laundry and maintenance services to the tenants. The apartments are cleaned and linen are changed once a week without additional charge for up to 30 days stays. For +30 days stays, cleaning and laundry services at provided at the tenant's cost.

The Ermitage includes a communal pool for adults and one for children with an attractive sunbathing area and gardens leading directly to the beach. Spacious gardens with sunbeds and umbrellas footsteps away from the sea.

A small Gym is situated in the building's basement and it offers all equipment necessary for basic exercising.

The building includes 3 lifts and makes all apartments accessible for disabled persons. The concierge and staff will be happy to assist all guests with any help required.

Each property has it's own private parking, covered or uncovered. Visitors parking and parking places for disabled persons are also available within the project grounds.

Broadband internet connection is available in each apartment. Wi-Fi can be arranged on request

There is a five (5) Days Minimum Stay policy at The Ermitage on the Beach.

A Security Deposit of 15% of the total rental amount (with a minimum of €250) is to be paid before keys are handed to the tenant. This Security Deposit is refunded to the tenant on departure once the apartment and the inventory has been checked for any damage or breakages. The tenant is responsible for any damage or loss, except through normal wear and tear or force majeure to the apartment and it's contents, to the electronic key card and/or the apartment key.

Your online booking request is subject to availability and is not confirmed until we accept the requested reservation in writing . Once accepted, confirmed reservations are secured with a non-refundable payment of the total value of your reservation. Reservations cancelled within 8 to 28 days of your arrival incur a Cancellation Fee of 50% whilst for reservations cancelled within 7 days of arrival the Cancellation Fee is 100% of the total value of your reservation.

Limassol has great history. There is a large number of historical and religious places one should visit. The ancient Amathunta, Kolossi Castle, Curium Amphitheater, The monastery of Panayia Trooditissa and of course Kykkos Monastery.
