The kitchen and utility room are fully equipped with all electrical appliances and the dining area is pleasantly decorated in shades of coffee and cream. The en-suite master bedroom is comfortably sized and equipped with floor-to-ceiling glass folding doors accentuating full views from all corners. The en-suite bathroom offers a large shower and his and hers wash basins. The double bedrooms have two twin-beds each and share a family bathroom furnished with two wash basins and a large bathtub. Both bedrooms benefit from full views of the sea. All areas are fully air-conditioned with split units for heating and cooling. The apartment is also equipped with a burglar alarm system, a safety deposit box, pressurized water and automatic ventilation systems.
Our working hours are 09:00am - 18:00pm, Monday to Friday. Should we receive a request during the weekend, we will respond on the following Monday.
No Pets allowed. No smoking indoors, only balcony area. Please note that children staying in the apartment must be over the age of 12.
The Limassol region
Limassol is the second largest town in Cyprus after the capital Nicosia. Limassol stretches along the coast offering sea views to practically the whole town. It is very popular by locals and tourists alike and is home to many foreigners and off shore companies.
Thanks to the mild winters, the plethora of café’s, bars and restaurants along the coast are open and busy throughout the year. The Molos area right next to the beach offers a beautiful boardwalk of about 4 kilometres long. The nightlife includes haute cuisine restaurants, theme bars, all night clubbing and the ever popular beach parties. There are theatres in English and Greek, amusement parks and cinemas.
The extension of Limassol is a very well known wine producing region and there are many wineries that one can visit for the day. Some offer overnight accommodation with a tour of the vineyards the next day.
Limassol is in the middle of the island and offers easy access to Paphos, Larnaca and Nicosia. Each trip is less than an hour away. The weather is hot during July and August but very comfortable the rest of the year. Mild rainfall usually takes place in December, February and March.
The Limassol Town area
The 340 days of sunshine per year and beautiful sandy beaches make Limassol a heavenly place to be. Sea lovers will find all kinds of water sports available from waterskiing to kite-surfing, jet-ski, sailing, parasailing, banana boat rides and many more. Limassol offers an abundance of places to visit for Agro-tourism with attractions such as bird watching, hiking, cycling and wine tasting to mention a few. Food lovers are taken on a delicious gastronomical journey with delicacies such as afelia, stuffed vine leaves and meze; a variety of dishes served together. a special favourite is halloumi, the local cheese, fried or grilled served with tzatziki and crispy pitta bread. Last but not least, the waterparks make for a jam-packed fun loving experience for people of all ages.
