Self catering luxury apartment on second floor within a block of twelve apartments. This apartment comprises 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1 WC & open plan lounge/kitchen area opening onto a large veranda . The veranda is furnished with round table, 4 chairs, 2 sun bed,located in a peaceful area in the heart of potamos Yermasoyias tourist area. 300 metres from the sandy beaches,outdoor swimming pool within 1 minutes walk from apartment to the right hand side of building at (VALANA APARTMENT HOTEL). The building has on ground level , allocated parking space ( no 12 ) for the apartment , with security entrance intercom.

The Limassol region

Hello Sam & sue.
Apt was bril.Only one thing Sam could do with shade on the balcony,
sunblind or large umbrella,had to sit around the side to find the shade.
Apart from that everything exc.
P.S.As you know couple of hours mid morning to early afternoon no shade at all
