Haus Mellitzer is a large, very comfortable 3 bedroom house in the Tyrolean Mountains. It was built in 2004 and finished in 2006. It is built to a very high standard.

The house offers 3 good size bedrooms all with double beds, satellite TV, CD and radio. The living room has a wood burning fire, TV, CD and DVD Player, a selection of DVDs, surround sound and a large sofa. The house has a large kitchen/dining room.

The Austrian Alps / Salzburgerland / Tyrol/Tirol region

Praegraten am Grossvenediger is situated in the Tyrolean Alps at the foot of the Grossvenediger. The area is surrounded by 14 ski areas and about 1200km of ski slopes. Ideal for ski beginners as the ski lift is within walking distance, and there is also a free shuttle bus available for the other areas. The area is snow secure because of the altitude of 1350m.

In the summer the village is very well known for perfect walking, climbing, rafting, paragliding and mountain biking holidays.

Lienz area

Lienz is a historic Roman town with lots of interesting houses and a castle. It is called the "Town of Sun" because you get the most sunny days in the Tyrolean area. Lienz is surrounded by the Dolomites and is worth a visit as it is the biggest town in the area and a beautiful place.

Within walking distance, there are tennis and indoor squash courts, a playground, and ski lift. Other activities nearby include an ice rink, a climbing centre, a paragliding school, horse riding, and rafting.

* Easy Jet from Liverpool to Innsbruck. And many more UK Airports.
* 100 miles Salzburg Airport, 100 miles Innsbruck airport, 110 miles Munich airport.
