It is in a panoramic position and at 50 mt from a tennis-court (extra charge for this service). Inside there are two bedrooms with 4 beds, a living-dining-room and small bathroom.
Outside there is a large veranda, 70 ms, with a beautiful caoutchouc gazebo with tables and chairs to dine in the open; for the lovers of suntan there is a pleasant solarium spot. In August the village, where the “villa Mediterranean al mare” is, intensifies the animation also in the evenings. At the ground floor there is another house, and 'Villa Mediterranean at the seaside' is completely independent.
At 200 m from a cliff and a free beach; at 300 m from a beach called “Laguna Blu” supplies with sunshades, deckchairs, and bar, games for children, parking- area and a beach-volley court; at 600 m 'Lido Gold Sand' bathing establishment also with restaurant.
