The holiday house is situated at the seaside , it's 140 ms big and consists of big entrance, 3 bedrooms, one big living/dining room, a kitchen and 2 bathrooms with shower. The garden with a size of 180 sq m has got a after beach shower and offers 2 car places.
The villa is at only 150 mt from a sandy beach called 'La Lucciola' , with free beach access and a bar, at 600 m from a bathing establishment 'Lido Sabbia D`Oro' that means ' Gold Sand'. In the villa there is also a heating and a fireplace so it is possible to rent the house in winter and spring. At 3,5 km the famous Natural State Reserve of Torre Guaceto, bathing free, see the pictures.
The Consortium of Torre Guaceto organizes sea-watching, excursions and cycle-trekking. Our agency rents bikes to walk around.

The Puglia/Molise region
The house is only :10 km from Ostuni, the 'white city', away and the Castellana Groattes, Lecce, Alberobello and the 'Fasano Zoo', the biggest safari zoo of Southern Italy are also close to reach.
Furthermore 600 m from the villa is the bathing establishment 'Lido Sabbia D`Oro' and principally; 3,5 km far from the famous 'Natural State Reserve of Torre Guaceto'. The park extends itself 2000 hectares of sea and 1000 hectares of land, bathing free. Also the consortium of Torre Guaceto organizes sea watching, excursions and bicycle trekking.

Lido Specchiolla Brindisi area
Lido Specchiolla is a pretty quiet place with stores so you can buy whatever you need. Restaurants, with the typical cuisine, bakeries, pizza restaurants, disco-pubs, skating-rink, trap-shooting and a catholic church are available. In summer our bakeries’ characteristic is the continuous production of bread, take-away pizzas, main courses like lasagna and cakes.
