Bainbridge is a very popular village three miles from Hawes, home to the Wensleydale creamery. With a number of eateries, a shop and attractions close by such as Semerwater and Aysgarth Falls it's a great place to base yourself for exploring some of Yorkshire most famous allurements. Wensleydale has miles upon miles of countryside blessed with historical features, dry stone walls and an abundance of wildlife. The area is fantastic for keen walkers, bird watchers and children looking to be let loose to explore. Hawes and Leyburn are both a short car journey away and have lots to see and do including the famous Wensleydale Creamery, daily markets, traditional farm shops and gift shops selling locally handmade goodies.
