Boasting an excellent range of shops, restaurants, cafes and weekly markets, those staying in the town will not be short of something to do in and around the surrounding areas. Situated within Wensleydale, Leyburn also acts as a fantastic base for those wishing to explore the dale and its sights and attractions in more detail. Forming part of the Yorkshire Dales National Park, those with a passion for the outdoors will be pleased with the number of walking and cycling opportunities in the area, and the famous Wensleydale Cheese centre is also well worth a visit.
