The market town of Leyburn in Wensleydale is a bustling place, with a Friday market and a good variety of shops and eateries. The town has some attractive views from its Western edge, and makes a great base for those looking to enjoy both town and country living. There are tearooms, galleries, and craft shops, and the attractions of the Yorkshire Dales National Park, such as The Forbidden Corner, Richmond Castle and many quaint villages, are all within easy reach.
