The villa is very comfortable and well furnished, you will enjoy the sun and the sea from the house or will reach the beaches in 5 minutes, rent boats, dive, go trekking, ride bikes, surf and go fishing; all this to enjoy the very beautiful sea in Levanto and find the breath-taking natural landscapes. Indications will be supplied on your arrival by the owner.
Boats for Portofino and 5 Terre and trains to go to Genova or the near Tuscany will allow you wonderful excursions.

Villa Marta has a private parking and from the driveway 25 external steps lead down to a furnished sea view terrace and the entrance.
Living/dining room with a sofa and satellite tv, kitchen area with stove top,oven, fridge and dishwasher.
3 steps lead up to one bedroom with a queen size bed, another bedroom with 2 beds, one bathroom with a shower, and separate laundry with iron and washing machine.
The garden is furnished with beach umbrella, chairs to lay, table and chairs and barbecue.

The North West Italy / Italian Riviera/Liguria region
The region of Liguria and 'a strip of land that has a beautiful natural treasure: the sea. Cliffs and marine natural parks (the black coral is famous Punta Mesco between Levanto and Monterosso), sea Vineyards wines offer details, like the famous Sciacchetra 'and olive groves can produce a strong olive oil flavour and generous.
The 5 Terre, famous throughout the world offer spectacular landscapes, such as Portofino and Bay of St. Fruttuoso where you may admire the Christ of the Deep Sea, close to Levanto (50 minutes by train or car) there is Genova, where you can 'see the aquarium and art and the sea. La Spezia naval museum and near Portovenere, Liguria another jewel of the south Liguria.
The Levanto area
Water sports, diving, surfing, fishing, cycling, mountain biking, water skiing and walk the many paths between Levanto, Bonassola Framura and 5 lands under visible Villa Marta is a long promenade that connects Levanto Bonassola you will give 'beautiful landscapes of cliffs and sea.

Practicable road in 15 minutes Levanto direction Carrodano exit. Centre direction signalled nearby a red brick church. Cover the avenue planted with trees (Corso Roma) and to always direct rights as far as the sea. With the opposite sea turn right and cover the road which flanks the sea and the nautical area, keep the left and access a private road signed VALLESANTA, you'll meet a bends and exceed it, after 30 meters one second bends and exceed it, as soon as later he bends it turned to left (the road is wide) and after about 10 meters you'll see Villa Marta's gate.

we stayed in Villa Marta with my two boys aged 11 & 9 , they loved the roof top terrace and gardens for playiong anf were thankfully sensible enough to be careful and very steep in places! the villa is new and clean and equipped adequately , ahving the owner in the villa next door can be helpful and she also speaks very good English , lovely lady Luciana. We had a very enjoyable stay here and would recommend to anybody , keeps you fit with the walking and steps |
