This welcoming stone house is set in a quiet neighborhood and near to the castle, shops and bakery, 10 minutes walk to the main beach.
Sunset charm is a two storey house with an extra twin bedroom in the basement. There is a large veranda/garden with a stone table that can seat many people.
Situated in the centre of the village close to all amenities. Impressive views from the main bedroom, kitchen and living area. Private grand veranda/terrace where one can enjoy relaxing.

Molyvos situated north of the island, a picturesque village topped with a castle that is surrounded with cobbled streets. Below the pebbled beach with sand at the far end of the bay. Lots of spectacular restaurants (including The Captain’s Table in the harbour), a couple of bars should you fancy more night life. 4 ATMs, many small groceries and mini markets. Tourist shops galore. Iftalou only 5 klms away that has hot mineral spring water.

Sunset Charm is a real hidden gem. For anyone wanting to get away from it all whilst having everything on your doorstep this is the perfect place. Stunning views, beautiful house and facilities. 2 minute walk and you are in the center of Molyvos. |

The location of the house high in the hill is absolutely magnificent. You could not hope for a better view. We sat in the garden every evening watching the sunset. We traveled with a 3-year-old child and the 5-10 minute walk from the car park to the house was not a problem for us. The streets are rather steep, however, so the location may not be the best one for those who have very small children. The house itself is really nice. It is decorated in a personal style with local art works, but the furnishings are modern. The house is very well equipped, the kitchen especially, so you can easily prepare meals there and eat outside in the nice small garden. It really felt like we were staying in someone's house. It was much more comfortable than in a cramped hotel room! The bathtub in front of the window upstairs was otherwise a great idea, but you could not help splashing water around the wooden floor. We did not use the room in the basement. It smelled really damp and we would not have wanted to sleep there. There was a separate entrance to the basement room from the alley so it felt like it was not part of the house really. From a child's point of view there were two problematic things. The stairs leading upstairs has no railing and in the garden there is a dangerous drop-off from the stone wall. We found our three-year-old a couple of times doing dangerous tricks on the wall! All in all, we were very satisfied with the house and the surroundings. It was really quiet all the time! All the shops and restaurants are close by and there is a bakery just around the corner. Only the beaches are further away, but you need a car there anyway so that was not a problem.
