Winner 2012 + 2013 - Top vacation rental Courchevel - Location, location, location! This luxury award winning apartment is situated in arguably the best location of Courchevel 1850: the prestigious tree lined area of Jardin Alpin.
The apartment is ski-in ski-out to a gentle green slope and the gondola station is only 35 meters away (open until 20 h. / 8 pm).
The next door Etoiles drag lift brings children and beginners directly to the nursery slopes. They can ski back to the apartment over a very gentle green piste. The apartment is therefore ideal for parents with children and novice skiers. The apartment's location is very hard to beat.
If you love gourmet dining you're in for a treat. Within 150 meters there are no less than three 2* Michelin-starred restaurants. If shopping is your thing then the luxury Louis Vuitton, Fendi and Dior shops are all less than a 100 meters away. A ski hire shop is conveniently located inside the building.
Our privately owned apartment is located in the same building as the well known 5* Byblos Hotel. Guest can for a charge enjoy the hotel's facilities, like the sauna, steam room, swimming pool with a view over the slopes or room service. Or why not treat yourself to a relaxing massage or facial in the Byblos' spa?
The 62 m2 south facing apartment with lift is located on the 3rd floor (4 in total) and comfortably sleeps 6. It has two spacious bedrooms with ample storage space and two bathrooms.
The apartment has a well equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing family meals. It is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine and kitchen blender.
The lounge is decorated in warm colors has a sofa and very high quality double sofa bed (160 x 190), a large wooden dining table for family meals, a Bang & Olufsen flat screen TV with over 300 English TV channels (Sky), a DVD player, a selection of recent DVD's, a Playstation 2 for the kids, fast WiFi Internet access, board games and books.
The lounge benefits from a south-facing balcony and offers stunning views over the mountain peaks and slopes.
The master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed (180 x 190 cm) which can be divided into two separate beds, an en-suite bathroom with shower over bath, basin, WC and exclusive Chopard toiletries. The second bedroom has two single beds (80 x 190 cm). Both bedrooms each have their own balcony with morning sun.
Additionally there is a second spacious family bathroom with shower over bath and basin as well as a separate WC.
There also is a heated ski-room with two private ski-lockers. From the locker room you can ski out directly onto the slopes or walk 35 m. to the gondola. Unique to Courchevel 1850 parking spaces in front of the building are free and widely available.

Additionally there is a second spacious family bathroom with shower over bath and basin, a separate WC and a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, 4-ring ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine.

On the ground floor there is a ski-room and two private ski-lockers. Parking spaces in front of the building are free and widely available. An underground parking space can be rented for a surcharge (depending on availability).

If shopping is your thing then the luxury Byblos Hotel shopping arcade, Louis Vuitton and Dior shops are all a short stroll away. A ski hire shop is located in the building.
A charge applies for usage of the Byblos' Hotel pool, sauna and steam room. Spa treatments in the Byblos are optional and not included in our rates. The Byblos Hotel reserves the rights to refuse entry when it is too busy and may prioritize hotel guests. The hotel opens mid-December and closes early April. When the hotel is closed the pool, sauna, spa and steam room are not available.
The Rhone/French Alps region
Courchevel is a unique ski resort: not only does it boats the biggest ski area in the world it also by far has the most 4* Deluxe hotels and Michelin starred restaurant of any French ski resort. Combine this with the snow certainty from being at a staggering 1850 m. and you can imagine why many people consider Courchevel 1850 the world's best ski resort.
However the village of Courchevel 1850 still has a relaxed atmosphere where billionaires and ski bums have their morning coffee together at the terrace of Le Tremplin overlooking the village and pistes.
Courchevel caters for all level of skiers. There are lots of wide and extremely gentle green pistes, lots of relaxing blues and many challenging red and blacks. The Courchevel valley alone has 63 lifts and 117 downhill skiing runs with an accumulated length of 150 km. And when this is not enough the excellent lift system links you conveniently to the Méribel and Val Thorens valleys.
Les Trois Vallees
There are so many activities in Courchevel, to name but a few: snow-biking, ice karting, snow rafting, snow quad circuits, toboggan run (2km long and floodlit in the evening), high-altitude airport flying club, plane / helicopter flying school, hot-air balloon rides, heliskiing, snow shoeing, climbing
Or some of the after-ski activities are: Olympic ice skating, bowling, cooking courses, going to any of the two cinemas.
