Les Menuires may be found in the Belleville Valley, centrally located within the famous Trois Valles ski area. Les Menuires is a modern winter sports resort characterised by long descents with a guarantee of snow. Les Menuires consists of several districts, each with its own city centre filled with shops, restaurants and aprs-ski choices. La Croisette is the most famous of the areas popular for their nightlife.
Les Menuires is chock full of sporting goods, clothing and souvenir shops, 22 supermarkets and no less than 34 bars and restaurants, with menus which naturally boast delicious local delicacies. The different areas within Les Menuires have excellent connections with the free ski bus or passenger lifts so that you can easily go out or shop in another neighbourhood, should you so desire.
The luxury detached chalet was built in the Savoy style, using generous amounts of wood and natural stone, and with stylish interior design. With a liveable floor area of 165 m2, the detached chalet may be described as extremely spacious. The detached chalet is heated with electric radiators which may be programmed individually. The detached chalet is equipped with excellent insulation, including double glazing. Two large boilers guarantee sufficient hot water. The detached chalet has its own covered parking space in the garage building and a ski locker in the detached chalet.

Entrance hall with roomy wardrobe and toilet, large living room with beamed ceiling and tiled floor, spacious sitting area with TV, large dining area, sliding glass door to spacious corner balcony which usually faces south/west with a view of the mountains, beautiful open corner kitchen with 4-ring ceramic cooker, cooker hood, oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and coffeemaker.
The roomy chalet has three floors. The entrance hall with the living room and kitchen are on the ground floor in all of the chalets, and some chalets also have one bedroom and connecting bathroom on this floor as well. The other bedrooms and bathrooms may be found on the upper and lower floors. Every floor has its own toilet.

The ski area comprises 3 valleys: the Belleville Valley , home to the famous ski resorts St. Martin de Belleville, Les Menuires and Val Thorens; the Les Allues Valley , with renowned ski resorts such as Méribel, Méribel Village and Mottaret and last but not least, the Courchevel Valley , with ski resorts such as La Tania, Les Praz and the ever-fashionable Courchevel.
The actual ski area starts at 1300 m and goes up to 3200 m, offering a considerable choice of ski lifts at all levels, allowing abundant opportunities to ski throughout the season, even during times of poorer snow conditions.
