About the home

Villa Sequoia is a quality 4-bedroom property which benefits from its own private garden with furnished terrace and swimming pool (heated on request, at a supplement and subject to availability).

Set within a large holiday complex, it offers very comfortable open plan accommodation with large sliding doors opening onto the poolside terrace.

The park boasts 162 quality properties, the majority of which have a private swimming pool. The villas are all fitted out with all modern conveniences and built around large open spaces of green. As they are individually owned, decor and furnishings will vary.
Great care and attention was also paid in the designing of the landscaped gardens which offer a large variety of vegetation combined with large terraces to enjoy the beautiful sunshine by your private pool.

Guests also have access to the complex’s large heated pool (peak season only), tennis court, children’s playground and table tennis.

This magnificent setting is situated in the town of Le Château d’Olonne, 5 km from the resort of Les Sables d’Olonne.

French, English and Dutch are spoken by reception staff.

Les Sables d'Olonne is also the point of departure of the Vendée Globe race which made the British sailor Ellen MacArthur so famous when she sailed into the record books in February 2001 by becoming the youngest person and fastest woman to sail around the world alone.

Le Tanchet beach at Le Chateau d'Olonne is situated at the southern tip of the large bay of Les Sables d’Olonne. It is famous for its watersports activities and there is an excellent sailing school open all year round and offering courses in English during school holidays (check exact dates).

Further inland, on foot, horse back or bike, between marshes, fields and wooded hills, you will enjoy many beautiful days out. Or what about a day boating on the Venise Verte (Green Venice), a beautiful complex network of 12th century canals and rivers? Off shore, you will discover some beautiful islands including Ile d'Yeu or Noirmoutier (special discounts available from reception).
