This newly refurbished, self-catered apartment (56m² floor space) is situated on the top floor of this chalet with a large balcony looking out onto the village of Les Praz and surrounding mountain scenery. It has a open plan living area centred around a large open log fire. The apartment has two bedrooms, one double and one with double bunk beds (bottom bed is a double, top one a single). There is also a welcoming large log fireplace in the living area.
The Flegere lift is just across the road, as is the golf course, and locals bars & restaurants. The children's play park (Paradis les praz).
The apartment is the perfect spot to watch the sun go down after an amazing day in the mountains.

Chamonix is the perfect holiday destination for any season! You'll be surprised at the size of this alpine mountain town and the amount it has to offer you. Chamonix sits at the foot of Mont Blanc in the heart of the French Alps, displaying glaciers and breathtaking views of the snow capped mountains all around.
The skiing in Chamonix has a reputation for steep unforgiving runs, and there is enough on-piste challenge to provide a work-out for even the most advanced skiers. There is also plenty of skiing for the intermediate skier, enormous off-piste potential and some of the best ski touring in the world.
Historic Chamonix is a cosmopolitan town full of life and incredible scenery. In addition to the Ski season for which it is famous, there are hundreds of shops, countless restaurants, bars, clubs and a casino. There is also the sports centre with indoor and outdoor pools, ice rink, rock climbing, paragliding, water rafting, mountain bike trails and an 18 hole golf course. There's always plenty to do for the children too. Chamonix also has a the highest cable car in Europe to take you to the top of Mont Blanc and the Montenvers train to visit the Sea of Ice glacier and ice grotto. Plus cinema, Alpine Museum and a local market on Saturday morning - selling a wide range of local produce.
With a huge range of on and off mountain activities, there is something for everyone throughout the year. Chamonix is a place you'll want to come back to time and time again!
Situated in the heart of Les Praz, overlooking a picturesque church, the apartment is the perfect location for access to Flegere Telepherique and with the connecting cable car; Brevent. The nearest bus stop is 20m away.
The Rhododendron bar and restaurant is opposite , and the Eden bar & restaurant is a couple of doors away; arguably one of Chamonix's best restaurants.
We are walking distance to the Golf course and are happy to arrange tee off times and also walking distant to the children's adventure playground too.

"Stunning view a few steps from la Flegere pistes"
We spent one week in this apartment in February 2013. Apartment is large, well furnished, very practical for the vicinity to the pistes. The organization is great, confirmation mails, sms of reminder,… More

"Amazing location and stunning views"
Close to the lift and fantastic facilities. The local restaurants are within a stones throw away and serve great food.
