Chamonix is a top alpine resort. Our accommodation has its own private garden. Natural shade is provided by large birch and fir trees. Ideal for BBQ'ing (Weber BBQ provided!) with views of famous alpine peaks. Forest walks begin practically right outside your door. It's also an excellent mountain bike location (on the main Chamonix cycle routes). We are walking distance to Chamonix Centre with its host of wonderful restaurants brasseries and shops (and crawling distance from the world famous MBC).

Although a car is recommended for Chamonix there is a bus stop 400m away from the apartment.

The ski du fond circuit is 50 m away from the apartment.

It is 53 square metres with modern kitchen. It is very warm with large radiators and is in a quiet residential location half way from the centre of Chamonix to les Praz and the Flegere telepherique. It is 10 minutes flat walk to excellent restaurants and bars in the centre of Chamonix .

It consists of:

Main Room - comprises modern kitchen with dishwasher, 4 hob cooker, oven, fridge, ample storage, all kitchen crockery, cutlery, utensils, pots and pans. The kitchen table will expand if needed. There is a comfortable sofa which easily converts to a double bed. Lovely mountain views.

Bedroom 1 - Spacious room with very comfortable double bed. Ample hanging space and storage.

Bedroom 2 - Spacious room with two single bed and/or cot. Lots of cupboards. Garden access.

Shower room - powerful shower and handbasin with mirror and electric shaver point. Almost unlimited hot water from dedicated water boiler. Extractor fan.

Toilet - with extractor fan

Small hallway - with large cupboard for hanging outdoor coats, overtrousers, and for boot storage

Ski Locker - plenty of room for all your toys

Private Garden - large, flat and grassy, surrounded by hedge, with a silver birch proving some shade if needed. There is a bench and beautiful views

Les Praz

Our Chalet is located between Chmonix centre and the Flegere lift. Within a two minutes walk you are in the most beautiful and tranquil forests and near the banks of the Arveyron river. We are under 10 min walk to the centre of town, tennis club with brand new clay courts, lakeside swimming complex and white water rafting. We are a five minute drive to the spectacular Chamonix golf club. We are also a five minute walk to a local bike hire.

"Comfortable and convenient"

This rental is just minutes away from the Flegere ski lift in Chamonix-Sud. The rental is comfortable but not luxurious. It sleeps 4 easily, 6 would be crowded. Kitchen is well equipped for light meal… More

"Lovely little apartment - very friendly welcome"

A group of 4 of us stayed here for our annual ski long weekend away. The welcome we received from the owners was fantastic with a few fresh bits and bobs (and a iced brioche that could clog arteries at 100 paces :-)) left for us.

The apartment is fairly small but was spotless and has everything you would need and we were perfectly comfortable.

It is about a 10 minute flat stroll to Chamonix centre where there are loads of restaurants/bars etc.

Thanks you were great guests and left the apartment in immaculate condition.
