Villa Juliet is ideally placed to enjoy the villages and glamour of the Cote D' Azur and is just over 1km to the village centre and local beaches. Les Issambres is a chic seaside resort lying opposite the Gulf of St Tropez and is the coastal area of the commune of Roquebrune-Sur-Agens, an area of outstanding natural beauty. Further along the Mediterranean coast are wild creeks and fine sandy beaches, some of the best on the Cote D'Azur,
There are sandy beaches, a marina, a sailing centre, excellent restaurants, bakeries, shops, banks and a weekly open market. The village is less than 1 hour drive from either Nice or Toulon airport and midway between Cannes and St Tropez, and is perfectly situated for visiting major resorts and attractions such as Antibes, Frejus, Ste-Maxime, Port Grimaud and Monaco. A short boat ride will take you to St. Tropez, famous for its chic and fashionable restaurants, trendy beach bars and the wonderful harbour full of Mega Yachts.

The village offers local shopping including supermarket, boulangerie, butchers and fish mongers, along with a wide choice of bars and restaurants on the beach, marina and in the village square. There is also a passenger ferry running directly from Les Issambres to St Tropez and the delightful nearby town of St Maxime offers an abundance of excellent shops & restaurants as well as a Casino.

There are many activities available nearby including 4 golf courses, sailing schools, local festivals and outstanding walks. The Les Issambres area

Les Issambres is a wonderful yet relaxing little town with ample shops restaurants and amenities, it is situated within easy access of Nice, Cannes,St. Raphael, St. Maxime, Frejus and St. Tropez.

There are numerous beaches situated along the coast road that link these towns and cities. There are activates to suite all ages and tastes from the water and aqua parks located in Frejus and Antibes, to the artist quarter and weekly markets in St Tropez and most other towns.

The villa will be temporarily held for one week until the deposit is received.

A meet and greet service and a mid holiday clean (for rentals over 1 week) is also included in the price.

Further requested cleans and or washes can be accommodated but at the renters cost and paid directly to the meet and greet service.

Christmas and new year 2009/10 can be negotiated at a time of enquiry.
