Situated approximately 1km from sandy beaches, restaurants and shops, Villa Azur is also in easy reach of the natural protected woodland hills, known locally as Les Massifs des Maures, which offer unforgettable landscapes and hikes in the region of Roquebrune sur Argens.
Villa Azur is also approx 2hrs away from popular winter ski ing resorts.
Being only 50 mins from Nice airport, 20 mins from Frejus and 30 mins from St Tropez makes Villa Azur an ideal summer and winter family holiday residence.
Les Coralines is an extremely private and secure development with electric entrance gates consisting of 27 Provençal-style houses, designed by the renowned architect François Sporrey, who also designed the famous village of Port Grimaud. There is a communal swimming pool set in the heart of the beautiful landscaped gardens.

Villa Azur is tastefully furnished to a modern and high standard. All the rooms have ceramic tiled floors.
On the ground floor there is a separate hallway, staircase and downstairs cloakroom and W.C.
The villa has a modern fitted kitchen which is fully equipped, including integral oven, hob, microwave, juicer, washing machine and large fridge/freezer.
The lounge is furnished with leather sofas, oak occasional furniture, TV, dvd player and a radio / cd player.
Whilst the dining area has a large oak dining table with six chairs.
Twin patio doors lead to the covered terrace area, with outside table, chairs and barbecue, and a private garden.
On the first floor is the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, and two further twin bedrooms, one of which has a balcony. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes.
There is also a modern family bathroom.
A cot and high chair are available on request.
Bed linen, tea towels and bathroom towels are provided and changed weekly. Pool/ beach towels are not supplied.

Please check in between 4pm and 6pm on the arrival date (unless special arrangements are agreed in advance).
Please vacate the property by 10:00 am on the day of your departure, to allow cleaning before the next guests arrive (all times are local French time).

Communual unheated swimming pool.Open from 1st May to 30th September, please note, there are no depth markings, so advisable to check depth before use.
Conditions
1. The booking form must be accompanied by the appropriate booking deposit of 30% of the total cost. This is a non-refundable deposit.
2. The balance of the booking price must be paid at least 8 weeks prior to the arrival date, failing which we reserve the right to treat the booking as cancelled by you and cancellation charges will apply (please read cancellation charges) or we may make a late payment charge of up to 2% of the overdue balance.
3. If booking within in 8 weeks of arrival the full amount is payable on booking.
4. Payments can be made by cheque or bank transfer.(sterling or euro)
5. We will accept payments made by third parties (such as other members of your party) provided they are identified as payments made under this contract.
Cancellation.
1 If you cancel your holiday you must inform us immediately by e-mail or letter. Cancellation letters must be sent to the address on the booking form, verbal cancellations will not be accepted.
2. The holding deposit is non-refundable in any case but is the only charge if cancelling 8 weeks or more in advance of your booking. Later date cancellation charges are as follows:
Number of days prior to departure, following receipt of cancellation letter.

42-55days (6-8 weeks) Deposit + 25% of balance paid
29-42 days (4-6 weeks) Deposit + 50% of balance paid
8-28 days (1-4 weeks) Deposit + 75% of balance paid
7 days or less 100% (deposit and balance paid)
3. We reserve the right to cancel any booking and accept no responsibility for any losses that may be incurred. However, if for any reason we have to cancel your booking, we will refund all payments we have received from you.
4. It is your responsibility to ensure that your insurance covers you for any losses you may incur following any cancellation.
Security deposit and insurance.
1. A security deposit of £400 is required with all bookings (as an indemnity against loss or damage to property its fittings, fixtures and contents) It will be payable by a separate cheque with the final balance (and will be banked) Your liability is not limited to the amount of the security deposit and you should ensure that you are adequately insured. Once the property has been inspected by our property caretaker, the security deposit, less applicable deductions, will be returned to you upon your arrival home.
2. We strongly advise you to have insurance cover for at least the following risks:
a) liability for accidental damage to the property;
b) cancellation;
c) medical & emergency expenses.
3. Personal possessions are not covered by property owners insurance.

PLACES TO VISIT
In Les Issambres village, the Belvedere, Church of Notre-Dame des Issambres, the new marina with its fishing and pleasure boats, and the Roman fish pond and the archaeological remains are worth a visit.
The coastline between St Aygulf and Ste Maxime is very attractive with its miles of fine sandy beaches and pretty rugged coves.
The ancient town of Frejus (13kms) is closeby, with its roman buildings, zoo, Aqualand, fabulous marina, shops and restaurants.
The medieval town of Roquebrune-sur-Argens is only 18 kms away, on route you will pass the lake with its breathtaking view of the" Rock "a popular natural attraction.
One of the most popular seaside resorts on the Mediterranean coast is Ste Maxime (8 kms) with its wide abundance of restaurants and shops as well as a casino, marina and a golf course.You can also get the "Bateaux verte" which takes you across the bay to St Tropez.
Why not visit the delightful village of Port Grimaud 16kms (French 'Little Venice') and the chic, waterfront town of St Tropez (23kms) with its painters, designer shops, street cafes and fabulous boats.
Accessible for a day trip are the coastal towns of Cannes, Nice 85kms, and Monaco 99kms. Whilst Grasse 65kms, famous for its perfume manufacturing and hilltop location is only a 50 minutes drive away.
For a wonderful day trip visit the extremely popular "Gorges du Verdon", regarded as the Grand Canyon of Europe.You can hire a pedalo or canoe, and sail through the truly spectacular gorge.
ACTIVITIES
Jet - ski and water -skiing hire is available from Les Issambres marina, with tennis courts and crazy golf closeby .
In nearby Frejus and Ste Maxime, you can find Aqualand ( family water parks)
There are two local golf courses at Ste Maxime and Rocquebrune - Sur- Argens.
The Les Issambres area
Les Issambres is a small village situated on the beautiful coastline of the Bay of St Tropez, with its 8kms of fine sandy beaches and rugged inlets, whilst also being within easy access of the breathtaking wooded hillsides of the Massif des Maures. This makes Les Issambres an ideal holiday destination.
For eating out, the village has a variety of seafood restaurants, pizzerias and cafés situated mainly along the seafront promenade.
There is also a post office, bank, bakers, butchers, pharmacy and a small supermarket (petit casino). Weekly provencal markets selling local produce are held throughout the season.
In the village square you will find a small tourist information centre and during the summer months live entertainment is held in the square during the evenings.
During the summer evenings you can stroll along the delightful sea front in the evening, and visit the local craft market which is frequently held. Or why not just relax and enjoy watching the spectacular sunset across the bay.
For sports enthusiasts there is a sailing club, and watersports activities are nearby, as well as two golf courses in St Maxine and Roquebrune. There is also a Thalassotherapy Spa in Les Issambres village.
Les Issambres is also a wonderful location for day trips either by car or boat. It is well worth taking the boat taxi across the bay to St Tropez or Port Grimaud, or up the coast to St Raphael. Or why not take a drive along the stunning coastline to the nearby villages and towns?
