Magnificent villa in Les issambres,located in the small valley of Masligour, at 6 minutes by car from the centre(post office, drugstore) the shops and the beach of les issambress.It's a medium size sandybeach in a bay, easy access an ideal to keep an eye on the children. It's borded with pines and with a walk overhanging it where you can sit on benchs. The villa is design for a maximum of 10persons ( with a sofa bed for 2), it's surrounded by plants and flower typically provençal and exotic.The entrance has a portal with electrical remote-controll, a door code and an entryphone for the front door. The electrical garage door has also a remote-comtroled coamnd.For the nignt,entry has a minuted,remote-controlled lightening.All thos electrical comands on the same comand box.The closed garage can contain one car and you have also a carport in the front and an outside place. The villa on two floors is arround 110m², has a large coveredterrace with a magnificent seaview, from where you could see the begining of Saint-Tropez's peninsula, confortably settled in the exterior rattan suite. Tha villa has a due south exposure to the sun and the terrace extends witout cover, all arround the private swiming pool(8mx4m).The pool has stairs and a gently sloping which'll allow the young child to be within their depth in the front part.The villa is equipped with garden furnitures: chaises longue, table, armchairs, a barbecue and a sunshade, and a pool security system for children. If you want to stay during winter, heating is electrical.

Further details indoors: Concerning interior's villa, the living room has a large provençal fireplace, a television set (FR and SAT).The room is furnished with taste in provençal spirit(painted and old patined furnitures).The sitting room part opens on the terrace and the dining room part opens near the swiming pool. You have a large extending table and a nice tableware that matches villa's decoration.You can easely take your meals alone or with your friends.The open kitchen is fully equipped: oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, washing machine,fridge,freezer,stove,little electricas: coffe machine, kettle, toaster etc…At the same floor, opening in the entrance hall, two doors, one for an independant shower room with toilet goes with the sofa bed and the other for the "orange bedroom":seaview bedroom for two with a double-bed, a cupboard, a commode , a safe,a tv set with dvd and a private shower room with toilet .Upstairs: the" white bedroom": seaview bedroom from two with a double bed, a large cupboard, a tv set, an electric fan and a private bathroom with toilet. The"yelow bedroom" with a view on the swiming pool(balcony), is for four ( with 2 superposed beds) , big cupboards, a private shower room and separated toilet.This room has a balcony with a magnificent view ever the small valley and the sea. All the rooms are decorated with the highly care of our interior decorator, and has a recent bedding, waterroom's decoration tiles has been hand-painted and so is the fresco and the coffee table in the living room
