The villa is situated on a hill above the village of St Peire in Les Issambres where you will find a super market, pharmacy, boulangerie, patisserie, several bars and restaurants a news agent/tabac and various other shops. Every Monday morning there is a market in the village. From the port in Les Issambres one can take the ferry across to St Tropez, where the market is held every Tuesday and Saturday. The lovely town of St Maxime with its numerous bars and restaurants as well as great shopping is on 8 kilometers away. The accommodation is arranged over two floors and all bedrooms have sea views. Upstairs there is the master bedroom with en-suite shower room and a balcony, a further bedroom with en-suite shower room, three more bedrooms and a family bathroom, while downstairs there is a double and twin room as well as another family bathroom. The sitting room is comfotably furnished and offers beautiful views, the dining area has a large table which will comfortably seat 12 when extended. The kitchen is brand new, has a range cooker, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave etc. There is a separate utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer and also a playroom with TV, video machine and DVD player. The area boasts a large variety of white sandy beaches as well as hidden coves for those who prefer to get away from it all. The sitting room, dining room and playroom all lead directly on to a large terrace with swimming pool which has an electric safety cover and also an outside shower .There is a very large table and chairs and plenty of sunloungers. To the side of the house you will find the BBQ on the covered terrace. There is secure parking for three cars .

The area offers a host of water sports, as well as fishing, golf, cycling,tennis. The region is fantastic to explore particularly the towns of ST Tropez, St Maxime and Frejus. The village of La Garde Freinet is a must as is a visit to a beach restaurant on the famous pamplone beach, St Tropez. For golfers there are several courses, St Maxime and Beauvallon being the most well known. Although most people think of the south of France as a predominantly summer spot ,Spring and Autumn are actually magnificent and at the end of September there is a huge regatta for a week in St Tropez which is an amazing spectacle seen from our terrace!
Les Issambres area
Les Issambres is situated between the towns of Frejus and St Maxime, an easy drive from Nice airport. It is brilliantly placed for a full and exciting holiday being close to long sandy beaches, excellent golf courses, all types of water sports, tennis courts, water parks and of course amazing resaurants and bars. There is usually a market every day in one of the nearby towns and in Les Issambres on a Monday morning as well as a craft market two evenings a week in the summer.
How to get there
Fly to Nice,easyjet runs a regular service from most UK airports and hire a car. British Airways and BMI also have regular daily flights. Europecar is good but go direct to them and not through the easyjet website.
Take the Tunnel or ferry to Calais . The drive from calais to the house is 750 miles and takes about 11 hours with stops.
