About the home

The lounge and dining room have glass patio doors occupying two sides, both of which open up onto an extensive patio area suitable for alfresco dining and BBQs. The kitchen and breakfast room also open onto the same area. All rooms have lovely sea views. Three bedrooms have doors opening onto the pool terrace, and also have sea views.

The other bedroom is on the upper floor. The master bedroom has a dressing room ,ensuite and a lounge area. The bedroom on the upper floor has an ensuite and there is a family bathroom on the lower floor.

There is an extensive patio area around the villa, both on the upper and lower level.The villa is very spacious, with a large lounge and kitchen, and very good sized bedrooms.

There are three showers in the three bathrooms and two baths.Also there is a separate toilet as well.There is plenty of parking space for several cars.

There is adequate outside furniture for eight people, including tables, chairs and sun beds. There is plenty of shade if required, on the upper patio and on the pool patio, and the sea breeze does keep it at a pleasant temperature.

The Provence Alpes Cote d'Azur / Var region

The Cote D'azur is one of nature's beauty spots. The azure blue sea,the cloudless blue skies, the vibrant green of the pine and cork oak trees contrasting against the terracotta of the rocks which form little bays and inlets along the coast. It is all such tantalizing scenery especially where we are in Les Issambres. The way of life is easy, the wine wonderful and the fresh food is sublime. Just have a simple BBQ, whilst gazing over the beautiful blue sea and sky! Then take a refreshing dip in our pool. Nothing could be better.Entertain your friends and family with such ease and tranquility.

In contrast, there is the sophistication of Monte Carlo, St Tropez,Cannes,Nice, St Maxime and all the other celebrated places along this coastline.There is a huge variety of restaurants and night life at these places, most within easy reach of our villa. Also, inland there are the beautiful old villages, situated high up on the rocks and overlooking fantastic scenery, where life has not altered for many years.

The Les Issambres / Roquebrune, Var area

Wonderful walks can be taken straight from our gate down to the village of les Issambres and the beaches, or up and along our hills, all with such fantastic views over the coast and of St Tropez., St Maxime, Frejus and St Raphael. There are lots of beaches within easy reach, but as the property is on the side of a hill a car is probably essential to most people.

There are tennis courts, boules areas, boat hire,kite surfing,wind surfing, snorkelling all within easy reach.
In the summer season, there is a frequent ferry that goes from Les Issambres straight to St Tropez, thus avoiding the traffic.
