The Villa is set on the mountain with magnificent views over the bay of St Tropez yet within a fifteen-minute (downhill)walk/ 2 min drive of the village. The very family-friendly, sandy beaches are just a ten-minute (downhill)walk away. There are a lot of activities in the area but there are also many quiet spots for those who wish to relax.
This pretty provencal apartment is part of a privately owned traditional provencal villa which is completely independent and has just been completely refurbished. We also have a 5 seater speed boat which can be hired ( at a very competitive price) along with a driver either on a half or full day basis, enjoy private sightseeing or fishing trips or even to find those secluded mediterranean coves an added luxery at a small cost

Les Issambres is a very pleasant and picturesque small town along the coast of the Cote d'Azur. It has sandy beaches, a marina, a sailing centre, excellent restaurants, bakeries, shops, banks and a weekly open market.
It is under an hour drive from either Nice or Toulon airport and midway between Cannes and St Tropez. Perfectly situated for visiting major resorts and attractions such as Antibes, Frejus, Ste-Maxime ,Port Grimaud and Monaco. A short boat ride across the gulf of St Tropez will take you to the famous St Tropez.
The Massif des Maures with their deep forests of pines, chestnuts and cork is just a short drive inland from Les Issambres. There are also numerous picturesque villages nearby that are worth exploring and plenty of rewarding drives with gorgeous views, landscapes and stunning coastline. Not to mention the vineyards and chateaux where you can sample and purchase the delicious Provence Rose to enjoy during your holiday and to load up your car to take home.
How to get there
Train:- Fréjus / St. Raphael is on the main rail line, for service between Paris, Lyon, the Riviera and Italy. Fréjus is also, along with Nice, a "Train-Auto Accompagné" station,
For travelling with your car between the Riviera and Paris:- From the A 8 Auto route take Sortie 37 follow signs to Frejus / St. Raphael, then take the N 98 direction St. Tropez to Saint Piere Les Issambres.
By Plane:- Nice International airport is approximately 1 hour away via the A 8 Auto route

Notes to the rental rates:- The weekly letting periods are from Saturday to Saturday. The rental period commences at 2.00p.m. on the first day and finishes at 10.00a.m. on the last day. From June to September minimum 1 week. Rent reduction will be offered to couples during winter lets and for short breaks between October and April, minimum rental 3 days (starting any day).
A cheque of either £250 or 350 euros will be required upon arrival as a security deposit and will be returned at the end of your stay - with the balance of payment due 8 weeks before the start of the rental period Final cleaning is included in the price however guests are expected to leave the apartment in a clean and orderly fashion with waste bins emptied, pots washed and put away etc
