This luxury garden apartment is housed on the ground floor of a characterful village house, (Maison du Pays) in an excellent location just 2 minutes walk from the Bellevue ski/bike lifts.

In the heart of Les Houches village, just 10 minutes by car from Chamonix town.

Within a short stroll you'll find everything you need! Shops, Boulangerie, lovely restaurants and other local amenities.

With excellent facilities which include an outdoor Hot Tub, infra red sauna, Wifi, multimedia, this pretty garden apartment of 60m2 offers the ideal location from which to explore the Chamonix valley and Pays du Mont Blanc. Enjoy the beautiful surroundings summer or winter.

Fully renovated to a very high standard, Eco Jardin has been finished with hand planed and brushed 'Chablais' wood panelling, oak floors, Heritage colours and decorated with faux fur throws and hand-made blinds and cushions. The bright red contemporary kitchen is fully equipped and includes an integral washer/tumble dryer, dishwasher, induction stove and is open plan through to the living and dining area.

There are two good size bedrooms, both are ensuite and both enjoy hotel standard zip beds so we can offer comfy twins or Superking double rooms. The Master bedroom has an ensuite shower/wc and infra red sauna cabin! There is a large window with electric shutter blind. In both bathrooms we have used Italian limestone tiles.

The second bedroom is ensuite with a small bath, overhead shower and wc. This room looks out onto the banked garden area.

In the summer enjoy the attractive albeit small garden area, with decking, 4-5 person hot tub, BBQ and garden furniture, perfect for al-fresco eating! See the photo page for some pictures.

Eco features include Fermacel used in the construction, low energy lighting and excellent insulation.

The apartment has a private parking space.

The front door opens out to a decked area with chairs and table, charcoal BBQ, gravelled area and plants. There is a 4-5 person hot-tub open all-year-round and we provide crocs and swimming towels or robes for adults using the tub!

Enjoy the lovely views with a glass in hand or dinner outside on warm evenings! There is a small area set to lawn and pots with flowers.

In winter we have a heated ski shed for coats, boots and ski's/snowboards. In summer it's possible to store a couple of mountain bikes.

It is possible to rent just the Eco Lodge Jardin apartment or to rent the apartment in conjunction with Eco Farm.

Bed linen and towels included. SUMMER lets are EXCLUDING final cleaning which is 40 euros payable on arrival.

The Rhône-Alpes region

The Mont Blanc massif offers an adrenalin packed holiday destination both winter and summer!

In winter you could ski 3 countries in one holiday! France, Switzerland and Italy! Boundless pistes and off piste variations including the famous 21km Vallee Blanche trail (with a Guide)

In summer you can walk the 'Tour du Mont Blanc' and visit a host of charming villages and towns whilst admiring stunning Alpine pastures packed with the flora and fauna of the High Alps.

Locations worthy of a visit include Lake Annecy and the Old town of Annecy, the Aiguille du midi cable-car (Chamonix) for a wonderful view of the Alps and the Mont Blanc at 4807m (the highest mountain Peak in Europe). The Ice caves (accessed by the Montenvers railway) of the Valley Blanche are also worth a visit and for culture, Lyon, with its myriad of excellent shopping and restaurants and local exhibitions and museums.

Les Houches

Home to the sports of skiing and mountaineering, Chamonix is simply addictive. The dramatic mountains of the Chamonix valley incorporating the Mont Blanc Massif offers breathtaking scenery and make it a stunning setting for any skiing, snowboarding or summer activity holiday. With five separate ski areas scattered along the Chamonix valley, each with its own unique character and the famous off piste Valley Blanche run , every level of skier and snowboarder is amply catered for!

Les Houches is a pretty and unspoilt ski village which nestles just 5km from Chamonix town.

Les Houches is the largest single, pisted area in the Chamonix valley and has the added bonus of 86 snow canons covering 23 hectares of piste, this ski domain has wonderful skiing for beginners, intermediates and especially families.

The Chamonix valley has plenty to offer the non-skier, both rich in history and buzzing with shops, markets, bars, restaurants, exhibitions and festivals. There is also an seemingly unlimited variety of activities, from rock and ice climbing or snow shoe walking to x country and husky sledding.
