The Chateau Lesperet comfortably sleeps 13 people and Myriam the hostess will welcome and take care of you during your stay. Included in the rental price is maid service, bed linen, house towels and pool towels.

The Aquitaine / Dordogne / Dordogne region
- The chateau is located in the heart of "Le Perigord Noir", and is situated on the top of a hill dominating the Vezere river valley, a famous prehistoric site, with fantastic views. - All Wine tours can be arranged with the Auberge down the road. Within easy access are many historical and natural sites, including "La Roque Saint Christophe", "Le Musée National de la Prehistoric" and the town of Sarlat.
Les Eyzies / Tursac area
- The main town of Tursac is about 10 mins away from the Chateau where supermarkets and shops are available. Another local town is Les Eyzies. The chateau is within easy distance of Sarlat and Beynac which runs along the Dordogne River.

Further details indoors: The Chateau Lesperet comfortably sleeps 13 people and Myriam will ensure your stay is comfortable, relaxing and memorable.
Basement: Large Laundry Room equipped with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.
Ground floor: There is a large beautifully furnished living room with a fireplace. From here one can go through into the large dining room. Furniture and decoration are combined in old and modern style. Beyond the dining area is a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, cooker, wine fridge and large American fridge/freezer. Backing onto the kitchen is a wonderful courtyard, with access to the heated swimming pool and sauna with shower, and a separate WC. From the pool area a sliding door opens on to a fabulous terrace offering fantastic views of the surrounding countryside. The entrance to the pool has a security lock for child safety.
Around the courtyard there are four beautifully furnished bedrooms. Three of these are doubles, each with their own table, chairs, and en-suite bathroom with bath, washbasin and WC. The other bedroom is a twin with table and chairs, and has an en-suite bathroom with disabled facilties. The open plan living room has stairs leading to the first floor.
First floor: One large bedroom with three single beds, a sofa, a TV, and a beautiful en-suite with washbasin, shower and WC. Another twin with en-suite bathroom, and a second living room with TV, video, CD player and Billiards table overlooking the swimming pool.
The interior of each bedroom at Chateau Lesperet is designed with a different artistic theme giving a warm, relaxing, and peaceful atmosphere. All bedrooms have TV and telephone. There is also a small, beautifully designed, office with fax and Internet connections, that has been renovated to a very high standard.
Further details outdoors: Outside: The grounds are open to forests and countryside. Barbeque facilities are inside the courtyard. There's plenty of available parking, and lots of garden furniture.

- Security deposit: €3050. This is paid prior to arrival and will be refunded in full after departure subject to damage inspection. - Linen & towels: All linen and towels are included in the rental price. - Energy costs: Included in the rental price. - End of stay cleaning: Included. - Arrival time: 5pm onwards. - Departure time: 10am. - Pets: No pets allowed. - Smoking: No smoking in the property.
