Quiet and peaceful yet only ten minutes drive to restaurants, caves, canoeing, golf course, horse riding, chateaux, children's park, picturesque villages and local markets.
The house, tastefully restored yet retaining original features, provides every modern convenience including a magnificent outdoor dining terrace (with seating for 8 people) which stretches the length of the house overlooking the pool and surrounding countryside. In the established gardens there is a stone built barbeque and sun terrace and additional tables and chairs for relaxing.

The Aquitaine / Dordogne / Dordogne region
Situated between the famous towns of Le Bugue and Les Eyzies, in the heart of the valley of the River Vezere, Cour des Vignes is ideally placed to explore both the Dordogne and the Vezere. From the tranquil riverside, the history of the caves and early man, the famous Perigordine Foie Gras, Cepes and Truffles to the more energetic activities such as canoeing or horse riding, there is something here to please everyone. The region is lush and green due to adequate rainfall duing the year. The summer is long and generally deliciously warm.

Further details indoors: Formerly a farm, the front door is approached across a walled courtyard. The ground floor is split between three levels reflecting the character of the old stone barn. The large living room has a high ceiling and expose beams. A pleasant and airy room with french doors and comfortable furniture. The outside dining terrace is accessed from the living room and the downstairs bedroom. This has a tiled roof so that the terrace can be enjoyed whatever the weather. The views from here are magnificent. All the bedrooms have exposed beams and fitted wardrobes. Each bedroom is equipped with a fan.
Further details outdoors: The large pool is completely secluded, secure for children and is equipped with relaxing pool furniture. Pool towels are also available upon request.
The property is ideal for families, with private woodland to exlore and with much in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay.

Welcome pack provided on arrival. The owners are on hand next door should you require help or assistance. Swimming pool maintained by the owners. House cleaned on Saturday during two week stays.
Conditions
A security deposit £200 per week on booking, to be refunded within two weeks of your departure. 25% of rental fee to secure the booking. Short breaks out of season available by negotiation.
