4 bed (maximum 6) ground floor self-catering ski apartment with south-facing private patio and garden available to rent in this recently built luxury development, well located in one of France's most popular ski resort, Les 2 Alpes.
The apartment is 29m2 with an additional 10m2 south-facing private patio and garden is furnished to a high standard and consists of:
* Open plan lounge and kitchen area overlooking garden * Lounge consists of 1 large double sofa-bed with TV/DVD and stereo (double sofa-bed useful for larger groups or those with couples) * Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, hob, microwave-grill, dishwasher and standard electrical appliances * Foldaway dining table and 4 chairs * Double bedroom with fitted wardrobes * Bunk-bed area with under-bed drawer storage - bunk-bed area is classes as an alcove as it doesn't have a door or window, however it's more the size of a small room - see photos or enquire with owner * Bathroom with power shower and separate WC * Private ski lockers provided in basement of building * There are similar neighbouring apartments available if you need to accommodate a larger group
The development consists of five other similar buildings, set in its own grounds and adjacent to a skiable piste which leads to chair lifts "Belle Etoile" and " La Petite Aiguille". Its location can be seen on the Les 2 Alpes resort website , map reference FG 5/6. The development is also only a short walk to supermarkets, patisseries, equipment hire shops, a tourist information office, restaurants and bars and a 12-minute walk to the resort's main ski lifts 'Le Jandri'. The resort offers a free and frequent shuttle bus service for the less energetic.

Set up high in the French Southern Alps, Les 2 Alpes is located 70km southeast of Grenoble.
Les Deux Alpes area
At 3600m, it prides itself on its snowsure slopes, Europe's largest skiable glacier area, varied pistes and an efficient modern lift system. It boasts well-maintained snowboard & ski parks and wonderful off-piste runs, as well as being connected to La Grave (hike or bus), one of the most dramatic off-piste areas in Europe.
The resort is open, attractive and buzzes with life. It offers a good choice of restaurants, pubs, late night bars and several clubs. Other attractions include a swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna and an ice-skating rink. The pretty village of Venosc, home to many quaint art and craft shops, is easily accessible by cable car and is well worth a visit.
Les 2 Alpes is also Europe's capital of summer skiing with 17 ski lifts open from 7am to 3pm, a purpose built "snowpark" with half pipes, jumps, and organised courses available. It offers a total ski area bigger and better than many small winter resorts. You can even mix with professional snowboarders who come from all over the Europe for training.

If you require bed linen please indicate on your booking form, this is also paid locally on arrival, charged at EUR€10 per set, minimum EUR€30 per apartment, towels are not included in this service but can be hired at €5 per person.
