The 3 bedroom apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a traditional detached house and has its own parking and extensive gardens. It is close to the Isere River and the main Funicular railway is only 2 minutes drive away, which will lift you up to Les Arcs 1600 within 7 minutes.
The town has a traditional Savoie pedestrianised centre offering local and regional specialities. There are 3 supermarkets, numerous cafes, restaurants and bars. Plenty of Ski / Snowboard and Bike Hire shops are found in the centre and also on the mountains.

The apartment is modern throughout, but with a traditional Savoie feel. The fully fitted integral kitchen is equipped to a high standard and leads to a balcony that has views of the Isere River and the Mountain ranges. leading off the kitchen we have the large lounge and dining area, which also has views of the Mountains.
The Master bedroom has a double bed and En-Suite with Shower, In second bedroom there are two single beds (Bunk Bed) and we have an additional bathroom and toilet. On the Mezzanine level we have two single beds and a double bed. If needed the main sofa will also convert into a double bed.

In the basement there is a lockable ski room and storage area.

There are 2 residents car parking spaces, a secure ski locker / storage area (Cave), Extensive private gardens surround the house and walks surround the house. The setting is very peaceful, semi rural, but has the International Kayak & White Water Rafting centre only 5 minutes walk away which also offers a bar and shop. Ask about our apartment video that can be emailed upon request!

Refundable breakages deposit of £100 or €110 required on balance of payment, to be refunded within two weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).

This is the most prestigious region within the French Alps. Over 10 international ski and outdoor persuit resorts within 30 km. A summer and winter destination with Europes highest peak overlooking the region. Quiet or Internationally renowned. It has it all.
The Les Arcs / Bourg St Maurice area
In the Winter Bourg St Maurice is at the heart of the Paradiski area. Over 400km of pisted runs with extensive Off-Piste, Board Parks, Speed Skiing and the Vanoise Express double deck cable car lift linking Les Arcs with La Plagne. If you are feeling daring you can try the Olympic Bob Sleigh run at La Plagne or speed skiing in Les Arcs.
In the Summer the valley comes to life hosting many events and a stage of the Tour De France comes to the town every couple of years. Miles of marked walks, valley cycling and mountain bike tracks. Indoor and Outdoor swimming in Bourg as well as on the mountain. White Water rafting and Kayaking locally available. The summer also allows you to explore the area more extensively and a trip over the St Bernard Pass into Italy is only 40 mins away.

Bourg St Maurice / Les Arcs is easily accessible by Plane, Train (Eurostar , Snowtrain, TGV), Coach, Ski Transfer and Car.

Bourg Is the main Rail terminus for the Savoie region. You can travel from London or Paris, directly to Bourg St Maurice by Eurostar / TGV / Snow train (Day and overnight services).
Travelling by Car has easy access from all over Europe with a comprehensive Autoroute network that will take you to within 30km of Bourg. A car can be very useful when wanting to explore the neighbouring resorts of Val d'isere, Tignes, La Plagne, St Foy, La Rosiere, All the Paradiski Resorts and the Three Valleys.

Chez Christo is a well-equipped spacious apartment that has everything to make a comfortable stay. We stayed in late summer & had superb weather ; breakfast on the balcony each morning with fabulous views of the mountains. Well located apartment for all the activities close by i.e. canoeing, white water rafting, fishing, horse riding, cycling, hiking and paragliding. Excellent facilities & information available for mountain walks & mountain biking. Bourg St Maurice is a lovely traditional savoie town with a welcoming atmosphere & an abundance of organised events. The whole area is a photographer's paradise with blue skies, snow-capped mountains, luscious green forests, ice blue alpine rivers & alpine meadows. We've stayed 'Chez Christo' 3 or possibly 4 times. We always have a great holiday and the snow and conditions are usually superb. The apartment is warm and cozy and always a welcoming place to be after a hard day skiing. Getting to Les Arcs (via funicular) is easy once you've mastered the early morning routine of getting kids up, fed and dressed in time for to ski school. All in all, a great place to stay. Departure Cleaning Is the responsability of the guest. On Inspection if the apartment is not left in a clean and tidy condition for the next guest then a £55 or €60 charge will be taken from the deposit.
Refundable £100 or €110 security deposit required with final balance payment.
The local Tax D'Sejour will also be applied based on the number of guests staying at the time.
The balance of payment will be due 6 weeks before the holiday.
We can accept payments by cheque or bank transfer in GBP or Euros. PayPal is also available for instant credit card payment.
