The Rhone / French Alps / Savoie region

A great family resort, Les Arcs offers a huge diversity of skiing with wide, well-prepared pistes suitable for every standard or skier or boarder. All the villages have easily accessible nursery slopes for beginners, intermediates will love the numerous interlinked blue and red runs and experts will enjoy the variety of black runs and off-piste. Boarders are very well catered for with a floodlit half pipe, snow park and permanent boardercross.


Les Arcs / Arc 1950 area

Located just below the village of Arc 2000, Arc 1950 offers excellent access to the slopes and great high altitude skiing. More experienced skiers can access the Aiguille Rouge, at an altitude of over 3,000m within three lifts from the resort, while there are plenty of cruising blues above Arc 2000 for more recreational skiers.

The award winning resort of Arc 1950 Le Village is now fully complete and has been an unprecedented success as it has a great location, door step skiing and all the facilities a resort needs within a few steps from your accommodation, all of which is ski in, ski out.

The resort has pedestrian cobbled streets, several restaurants/bars, a ski hire shop and a snowboard hire shop, ski school and a ski pass office. There is also a bakery, a wine merchant and a SPAR mini market selling local products and a small pharmacy.

Arc 1950 was awarded the “Best ski development and Best French apartments” in the Homes Oveseas Awards.

Conditions

A 25% deposit will be required to confirm a booking and the full balance will be due 10 weeks before departure (if the booking is made within 10 weeks of the departure date, full payment will be required immediately). There will be a security deposit payable to reception on arrival and tourist tax will apply.
