The residence, traditionally built in wood, is in the Village of Charmettoger, which overlooks the Isère Valley. It is located on the edge of a forest, 500 m from the centre and 300 m from shops.

Area : From 40.85 to 50.50 m2. Various orientations. Living area with 1 sofa-bed + 1 pull-out bed or 2 sofa-beds. 2 mountain areas with 2 bunk beds + 1 bed and 2 single beds. Fully equipped small kitchen with at least 3-ring hotplate, refrigerator, traditional oven, dishwasher and electric coffee maker. Balcony. Paying cable television. Shower or bathroom with toilet.
