About the home

The Villa is set in a beautiful location with uninterrupted views across the woodland valley on a private domaine. It is south facing, has two decked areas one for dining and the other for sunbathing and taking in the views. There is a large terrace surrounding the pool with sun loungers and a further sheltered terrace area for dining.

A short drive will take you to the village of Les Arcs where you fill find cafes, restaurants, banks and the main supermarket. The medieval village is situated at the top of Les Arcs which boasts a hotel and restaurant with amazing views. Other nearby villages include Vidauban and Lorgues. A 20 min drive will take you to the coastline reaching from St Tropez to Monaco. Here you will find plenty of beaches, restaurants and not forgetting shopping. St Maxime holds lots of events during the summer months.

Fully fitted traditional kitchen, leading into dining area with dining table for seating up to 8, two comfy chairs and log fire, french doors looking onto the terrace and across the valley.
The lounge has two grand settees, SKY TV and french doors overlooking the pool, decking, palm tree and beyond. Tiled floors throughout.

The Provence Alpes Cote d'Azur / Var region

Provence - the sunshine country with mountains in the north and Cote d'Azur to the south. A varied terrain mainly covered in forests, vineyards and olive groves steeped in history and culture. It has around 400km of sun drenched coastline which is a delight for sun seekers and great sandy beaches for the children. The Var area is rich in vineyards - where you can go sampling the lovely wine - olive groves and lavender plantations.

Most of the villages hold a market day once a week where you can buy local fresh produce such as cheese and olives. Throughout the Var you will find a warm relaxing atmosphere where there is always time for a coffee in shady village square, sip wine in the sunshine or enjoy a game of boules. There is also a wide range of cultural and sporting activities from bike races, folk dancing, walking climbing, regattas, firework displays, village fetes, the choice is yours!

The Les Arcs sur Argens area

The village of Les Arcs has cafes, restaurants, banks and main supermarket. It holds fetes during the summer months where all the villagers come together and party in the square. A weekly market. Other places of interest nearby are the Gorges Du Verdon - which are spectacular - a must! The villages of Lorgues and Vidauban are close by. Grimaud village is another beautiful medieval village and is definitely worth a visit. If you like boats, then take a trip to Port Grimaud or St Tropez - all within easy reach. If you really want to chill then relax and take in the views at the villa.
