This big, luxurious villa with 4 bedrooms is a jewel built in the 50s and has unique, private access to one of the most beautiful bay of The Poets' Gulf. The bay is protected marine area due to the presence in its water of the relic of a Roman vessel, a real treasure for divers!

It is nestled near Lerici, after Maralunga Bay, and guests can reach the house going down a private path unwinding with a gentle slope, partially with stairs, along the hill towards the sea for about 350 meters. For carrying luggage there is a useful lift that runs in parallel to the path. Private parking area on top of the property, on the main road, for 2 cars.

Going down the path, guests are happily welcomed by a large garden area with olive trees and Mediterranean vegetation. The villa appear after a short walk down. The villa offers a unique opportunity to get close to nature, and boasts a large sitting area divided into 3 parts on 2 levels as well as a master bedroom with a stunning view out over land and sea. This villa is an ideal place for big families, groups of friends and for all who deeply love nature.

The Villa
It is a long building that divides up into two main parts starting from main entrance: on your left, day and master room area and, on your right, night and guests area
Huge windows opening either on back and main front of the building are the distinctive elements of this house that opens itself on the luxuriant vegetation of the garden: sojourning at the bay means living an unparalleled and magic relationship with nature; do not forget that untouched sea is quite at hand, just a few steps under the villa and glimpses of it make their restoring appearance here and there among the plants.
Starting from main entrance of the villa, actually on the back front of it, we find, on the left, a great sitting area, actually divided into three parts on 2 different floor levels:
1. small music listening and book reading section
2. huge sitting section, separated from the first one by a big stone fireplace
3. dining area, on a slightly upper level

A wood and straw bookshelf divides this huge section from a a small home office area and leads to the master bedroom with double queen size bed and private bathroom. From master bedroom a great view on garden and sea.
From the sitting area we have access to a small corridor that leads either to the doorway, to the backyard garden and to the kitchen.
From main door it is possible, through the corridor, entering the kitchen without disturbing people in the sitting and dining areas
In the second part of the villa we find 3 bedrooms (2 double and one twin) with en-suite bathrooms; we accede to them from main door and a long corridor with huge windows.

The Garden and the Bay
Outside the front door we meet a large terrace, ideal for sunbathing refreshed by the wind among the trees and the sea breeze from the sea underneath: sun beds available.
Behind the corner an outdoor kitchen area with BBQ, for nice and lively dinners al-fresco.
From this terrace the stairs, unwinding among the trees, lead down to a nice "rotonda", ideal for cool aperitif drinks and other summer events even with music.
Following the path, we reach private access to the sea, from where it is possible plunging into the cristal-clear, unpolluted waters of this enchanting bay: the green scenery of the coastline includes the bay nearby, Palmaria Island and Portovenere headland on the background; moreover, a treasure ancient wreck in the protected waters underneath is a real joy for divers!

On choosing this property, though, please consider that access is not easy due to path and steps downwards the hill to reach the house and the sea!

Further details

In the house you will find some basic food (salt, sugar, oil, vinegar, detergent, cloths). At the beginning of the year I have bought them, and I ask all my guests to refill the closet before they leave so that every guest can find these basic items on their arrival and do not need to go and buy them as soon as they arrive.

Conditions

The rent goes from saturday to saturday
The arrival must take place between 4 pm and 7 pm.
The departure must take place before 10 am.
To reserve the home, you have to send a bank transfer of 20% of total.
When you arrive, you have to give a key money of 500,00€ that I will return to you, when you go home if there is not damages.

The final cleaning of the house is included in the price of the sejoiurn, provided that the house is in order and the kitchen and kitchen facilities have been washed. If you want to leave the kitchen dirty, the clening of it will cost you 25 euro, which will be taken from the caution money.
