About the home

Large luxurious property, 6 kms away from Lake Balaton in a quiet village. Suitable for large family or two families.
Located in the south west corner of the lake, ideal if you would like to venture and discover the whole lake area.

A large house with 4 double bedrooms, plenty of space to relax. Ideal for a family or two families who would like to visit the lake, enjoy sunshine in the summer and perhaps even sightseeing in the lake area, be it in the north or south.

The Transdanubia / Pannonia / Somogy/Lake Balaton region

In the summer the water gets quite warm, and it’s almost like swimming in the sea, except the water is fresh.
On the south of its coast the water is quite shallow and so it is perfect for families with smaller children.

The north however is more mountainous, the water is deeper and it is great for water sports, swimming, and to have a look around in some of the oldest towns of the country.

The Lepseny area

Lepseny is a very quiet place, many people still live quite a rural life.

People grow their own food and many have domestic animals. Smaller shops to buy food and drinks are available in the village, daytime only.
