Morgan Manor is a beautiful, very large and spacous villa catering for those who want complete privacy, but within close distance to all local amenities and the sea.
The Villa is surrounded by well tended, Mediterranean styled gardens, surrounded by the local farm land. A large, side garden is home to a wonderful array of orchid trees of various fruits, oranges, lemons, olives...
Morgan Manor is arranged as follows;
The front entrance leads directly into an enormous lounge room consisting of sumptuous, leather lounges with accompanying ottomans. A stereo unit, large flat screen TV with Sky satellite is provided for entertainment.
The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with two microwaves, large fridge freezer and all necessary cooking implements to make a culinary feast. The dining table accommodating up to 8 persons is also situated in this spacious kitchen area.
All bedrooms are opulently furnished with large double beds and swathed window coverings. One bedroom is situated on the ground floor with an adjoining shower room, making it ideal for anyone with mobility difficulties.
First Floor:
All three remaining bedrooms are situated on this floor; one bedroom has an adjoining terrace offering spectacular views of the swimming pool, garden and surrounding fields, with a distant view of the sea. This terrace is also accessed by a separate door off the hallway.
The Third bedroom offers fantastic views of the rear garden and surrounding fields. Fourth bedroom is very spacious, with its own small balcony offering similar beautiful views, of the surrounding fields.
An unusually large, sun filled, beautifully tiled, spa bathroom, equipped with central heating for the winter periods, offers a wonderful relaxing space for anyone wanting to de-stress.
Outside:
The Villa is completely fenced in to ensure privacy and security is maintained. The private swimming pool is surrounded by vast sun bathing areas equipped with sun lounges and a pool bar.
The covered patio area equipped with patio furniture seating up to 8 persons, offers a great place for al-fresco dining, Mediterranean style; barbequed.

The Famagusta District

A 15 minute drive into the diverse town of Ayia Napa, offers two different worlds; quiet ,relaxing, sun kissed beach days during the day time and an energetic, and electric party atmospher of the night time. For those who wish to enjoy a hard days play, the amazing water world, Water Park in Ayia Napa is "the" place to visit.
The large municipal town of Paralimni with its ever growing range of diverse boutiques, supermarkets and shops make an enjoyable day out shopping or Cafe' hopping.
