Home description

The property itself is an archetypal picture postcard country home. It's a Grade II listed building and was built at some time in the 1700's. The building was originally constructed as a working granary but has been recently converted into this stunning holiday property, which is set in a 10-acre ground.

The property comprises of two bedrooms, a light modern kitchen and a living room on the first floor. Wooden beams feature heavily in this property helping to give it some real rural charm. There is a stunning lawn garden to potter round and equally attractive views of the Herefordshire countryside to feast your eyes on.

Those who love to get exploring the great outdoors will love this location too, because there are some lovely walking and cycling routes and quiet fishing spots to enjoy. It is also possible to go on trips to top tourist attractions like the Severn Vallley Railway and Stokesay Castle from Shobdon.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the 'Winter' period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the 'Low' and 'Mid' periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

'Last Minute Breaks' (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the 'LOW', 'MID', 'HIGH', 'PEAK', 'XMAS' and 'NEW YEAR' periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
