The property has a double and a single room, a bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC, a kitchen with dining area and a sitting room. There is also a ground floor cloakroom. Outside is off road parking, and a private sitting area with furniture, along with use of the owners' 4 acres of grounds. The Loft is ideally placed for Hay-on-Wye, Presteigne, Hereford, Ludlow and a variety of NT houses and gardens; a charming year-round retreat.
