The apartment has 4 rooms (3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower, a lounge/kitchen area) and sleeps 5 people. Bedroom one (ground floor) contains a King size bed whilst bedroom 2 and 3 located at the lower ground floor level (accessed externally) contains 2 single beds and 1 single bed respectively. The lounge area has a sofa, TV and DVD and overlooks the terrace.
The terrace is accessed from the lounge area and contains outside furniture (table and chairs and 4 sun loungers). The fully fitted kitchen area houses an oven, 4 hotplates, toaster, dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer and dining table and chairs. The washing machine is located in the basement of the Residence.

The Lombardy / Lake Como Area
The Lombardy has a wealth of history, steeped in culture and famed for its cuisine. Lake Como has bee loved as holiday destination by lots of travellers, thanks to the beauty of its landscapes, its charming villas looking onto the lake and its typical ancient villages.
The climate is perfect for water based activities as well as winter sports snowboarding and skiing, and therefore makes Lake Como an ideal location for both summer and winter holidays. The area contains the homes of many celebrities and wealthy Milanese have second homes dotted along the shoreline.
Lenno area
The town of Lenno is approximately 18 kilometres north of Como Town and is famed within the area for its Lido (100 metres) away with its exclusive beach one of a handful that has sand. The Lido is a popular place in the day for beach lovers, and equally as popular in the evening when it is transformed at sunset into a plush bar ideal for aperitif and then into the evening for restaurant food and lastly open air disco.
Lenno is the home of Villa Balbianello which has played backdrop to numerous films including Casino Royale, Oceans 12 and Star Wars
